「This place was my favorite stay in our whole trip to Costa Rica. The casita was very clean. It had everything we needed. Lina is very quick to respond to any messages which was nice because we weren’t exactly sure where to go and we got to town a little early. 「We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple.」

「Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. We were also terribly displeased with the neighborhood, which seemed like a slum since there were multiple...

「Hosted my daughter’s wedding on property and everything was perfect! Beautiful bungalows, foliage and beach. Originally was supposed to have reception at a larger pavilion, but it was being repaired. The hosts built a new 2 story pavilion which ended up working well as a back up location. Manfred was great to work with. 」

The house is about an hr ride from the Liberia airport, the beach is a short walk across the street, & there is a great little, affordable, delicious restaurant beside it. All you need for an amazing stay! The house has filtered water, ice maker, great AC, all the things you need for the beach, and the backyard with pool is a delight. Do not hesitate to book this property. We will be back!」
