Choose something else - no value
Had booked a superior room but don't know what was superior about it. The water would fill up in sink and bathtub when showering. Dog hair on the couch and blankets. Mostly just sweets for breakfast. You couldn't swim in the pool without a cap (wich they charge you 3 euros for). No views. Just expensive. Choose something else.

Een net hotel, waarbij de kamers wel gedateerd zijn. Tevens viel ons tegen dat nergens vermeld staat dat je een badmuts in het zwembad op moet. Het is overigens wel een fijn zwembad.

I made reservations online My choices were 1 double and a couch or 3 single beds. I chose 3 singles. We got there 2 hours early and I checked at the front desk to see if we could check in early but the lady at the desk said our room was not ready. We came back at 3:30 and she again said it

Nice hotel close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and service-oriented. We stayed there in the middle of September so there was difficult to get a taxi, and it seemed like the area was «died out». It was difficult to find a good restaurant nearby as well. We did notice that one of the swimming pools was quite dirty. We was suppose to stay for two days, but left one day earlier. This was not because of the hotel though, more og personal preferences. All in all it was great, but we would prefer going back earlier in the season.

Das Hotel ist nicht sauber! Das gesamten Hotel Anlagen muss renoviert werden. Es ist teuer für das was das Hotel verlangt. Frühstück ist langweilig!! Zimmer Möbel sind zu alt und viele sind kaputt, ständig Wasser vom Bad abgelaufen nach der Dusche. TV funktioniert nicht immer!! Nicht direkt am Strand. Das Hotel hat keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand. Für Schirm und Liege am Strand sind kostenpflichtig!! Und das ist nicht billig!! Der Strand ist nicht so sauber. Wir sind 3x das Zimmer gewechselt!! Dadurch 2 Tage sind umsonst gezahlt!!

Spa not accessible!
The hotel is advertised as having spa facilities but when we arrived they said that the spa is closed! Very disappointing. The staff at the reception are not very customer-friendly, they couldn’t even book a return taxi from the hotel to Pisa airport for us. Instead they asked their on-site tour operator to book a taxi for us. The tour operator, Romina, was extremely helpful and despite her own busy schedule, she managed to find us a taxi. Supposedly clean towels had marks on them and the room cleaning left a lot to be desired.

Good
I booked delux room, it is very spacious, beautiful with balcony. The building looks new, has a big green area. The breakfast is ok. In the pool you need to use swimming cap even if you don't swim, just stay a bit, I found that strange. I didn't like that kids were allowed in both pools, I would prefer one area as no kids zone. We parked near the hotel on the street,used the beach as well. Overall we spent a nice time there.

Motsvarar inte förväntningar
Rummet motsvarade inte alls bilderna. Rummet var fullt med mygg och flugor. Ingen möjlighet att torka blöta badkläder och handdukar. Fanns ingen balkong. Rummet och badrum var dåligt belyst och lamporna var bruna av smuts. Hur detta kan vara ett 4 stjärnigt hotell förstår jag inte. Pool området såg fint ut men vi valde inte att använda det då man var tvungen att köpa samt använda badmössa i poolen.

Hotel para temporada de verão e não entressafra. Não havia ar condicionado disponível (informaram que em razão de norma da prefeitura para proteção ambiental) e com mosquitos. Não disponibilizaram mata inseto. Perto da praia com acesso fácil e rápido a ela. No verão acho que seria uma boa pedida. Ps. Longe da torre de Pisa.

En liten oase helt for seg selv..
Tre dager familieferie. Flott hage med lekeplass for barn og badebasseng. 5 min gange til flott badestrand med deilig sand. Ikke sentralt og for vår del utenfor sesong og lite tilbud av aktiviteter/spisesteder i umiddelbar nærhet. Heldigvis matbutikk rett ved siden av hotellet. Også maursesong så det var mye maur på rommet.

Alte Anlage, schlechtes Frühstück und Service! Die Zimmer sind sauber und relativ groß, aber alt. Die Einrichtung ist altzopfert und einige Ameisen waren im Zimmer. Die Hotelanlage ist groß, toller Park und großer Pool, angenehm warm! Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Struttura e camere da rinnovare un po’ , molto belle e curate le zone verdi dell’hotel. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio dell’hotel a pagamento. Belle le piscine esterne, peccato che per il covid l’area sauna , bagno turco e piscina coperta erano chiuse. Molto bella anche l’area spa.

Hôtel avec piscine splendide, mais a éviter
juste pour etre clair, le commentaire qui suit est très mitigé a l'image du séjour. Hôtel avec un tres bon emplacement ideal pour ceux qui débarquent de Corse par exemple ou tout simplement pour quelques jours de farniente. Arrivée tardive vers deux heures, nous étions chargés et fatigués mais aucun service de voiturier pourtant disponible. Avons eu la désagréable surprise d'apprendre qu'il fallait réserver une place de parking a l'hôtel, avons passé 30 minutes a chercher une place de libre. L'hôtel en lui même est un peu vieillot et mériterait d'être rafraîchi. Piscine franchement splendide, petit déjeuner sympathique et copieux. Par contre rien dans les chambres d'offert si ce nest une bouteille d'eau de 50 cl pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Le 15 août au soir avant eu la tres désagréable information comme quoi le restaurant de l'hôtel était fermé, en fait il y avait un cocktail a la piscine suivi d'un repas ... mais il fallait réserver et tout était full. Aucune information ne nous était transmise a ce sujet et plusieurs clients de l'hôtel se sont retrouvés a l'extérieur a la recherche de nourriture, un 15 août dimanche soir... Heureusement il y avait quelques options de restauration a proximité. Le personnel a du mal a parler anglais et on reconnaît l'esprit orienté clientèle italo italienne qui est en forte majorité. A l'accueil on était désolé pour nous et on nous a expliqué que c'était normal car personne ne travaille le 15 août en Italie ?! Indigne d'un Mercure.
