4年前も宿泊して2回目です。清潔で静かな空間はとっても最高です。朝食もビュッフェはとても品揃えがよく毎日楽しみな時間でした。スタッフもとても気さくで優しいです。パトンまでのシャトルが本数が以前より減ってしまったことと、迎えがなくなってしまったことだけ少し残念ですが、それ以外は本当に最高のホテルです！

カードキーが曲がっていて部屋のロック解除が出来なかった。※もう一つのカードキーで入室は出来たので影響は大きくなかったが。スタッフの方にその旨を伝え、壊れたカードキーを渡したが、数時間経っても新しいカードをもらえなかった。こちらから催促するまでカード作成をしていなかった。

プーケットは2回目でパタンから少し離れていた為交通の便などが不安だったのですが、定期的な無料シャトルバスがあり十分にパトンビーチも楽しむことができました。また従業員の方やマネージャーの方は私たちの拙い英語も聞き取ろうとしてくれ、より簡単な英語で伝わりやすく話してくれたり、バーでサービスをしていただいたりほんとうに行ってよかったと思うぐらい働いている方も素晴らしいホテルでした。また必ずいきたいと思います。

お部屋の雰囲気がとても良かったです。お部屋がロビーから遠かったので、とても静かで良かったのですが、施設内の高低差があるため子連れで徒歩での移動は辛く、毎回カートにて送り迎えしてもらいました。サービスも申し分ないホテルでした。カートを運転して下さった方々や朝食のレストランの方々が気さくに子供に話しかけて下さったり、毎回とても親切にして下さいました。特にマネージャーのきめ細かなサービスのおかげでプーケットの滞在が素晴らしいものになりました。

坂の所だからいつもバギーを呼ばないとロービーに行く時出かける時いちいち面倒臭い。部屋の設備は大変満足。テラスにジャグラー風呂2畳程度がありバスタブも西洋風シュワー室が別々になっている。

リゾートホテルが大好きで今まで沢山のアジア各国でプールヴィラに泊まってきました。今回はプールヴィラではなくプールアクセスのお部屋にしましたが大満足でした。泊まったのはC棟の#319。ツーベッドで広くバスタブからも外の景色が眺められテラスからのプールINも贅沢でした。三箇所あるプールはそれぞれシャワー、トイレが完備されタオルも充実、プールBARは軽食もありプールを思う存分楽しめます！リゾート内は素敵なアートやオブジェがたくさんありお散歩しているだけでも楽しいです。ライブラリーやダーツ、ビリヤードもあり天気の悪い時でも遊べます。ホテル内のaqua spaはリゾートホテルにしては良心的なお値段で、まさにお値段以上！のリラックスメニュー。2日連続で利用しました。朝食のレストランも眺めのよいテラス席があり朝から至福の時間を過ごせます。ダイニングレストランは晴れていれば絶景のサンセットが見られるそう。今回は曇天のため見れませんでしたがスタッフの方が撮影した写真を見せてくれましたよ！会話の流れで娘のバースデーディナーと言ったらバースデープレートをプレゼントしてくださり、サービス面も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの方々も皆さん親切でなに不自由なく快適に過ごせました。シャトルバスが日に6本、パトンのジャングセイロンまで送迎してくれます。ベンツのバスでしたwwパトンの街も楽しかったですが 3泊という短い旅行のため、あまりにもホテルか快適過ぎて最終日はホテルから一歩も出ないでリゾートライフを大満喫させていただきました。また、是非利用したいホテルです。

スタッフの方はいつも優しく、丁寧で挨拶も笑顔でしてくれとてもよかった。プールも全く混んでいなくて、ゆっくり過ごせました。朝食のバリエーションは多い方ではないが普通に美味しかったです。アメニティは最低限のものはあったが、歯ブラシがなかった。このグレードにしては少し少ないように感じました。 4泊しましたが、バスローブが交換されなかった。(言えば交換してくれたかもしれないですが、自分の部屋着があったため特別困らなかった) パトンビーチまでの無料シャトルバスも運転手さんが優しく、ギリギリまで乗れるよう対応してくれましたが、もう少し本数が多いといいと思いました。

エグゼクティブルームに泊まりました。部屋からプールと少し海も見えて本当に最高でした。お部屋も綺麗でした。アメニティに関しては、タオル、ミネラルウォーター、ドライヤー、コットン、シャワーキャップなどがありました。歯ブラシとスリッパは部屋にはなかったですがフロントに言えば人数分貰えます。ミネラルウォーターも、1日に人数分補充されていますが、フロントに言えばもう少し貰えるみたいです。(2人だと1日4本まで) 立地に関して、ジャンクセイロンから少し離れた丘の上にあるので徒歩ではいけませんが、1時間に1本ほどシャトルバスが出ているのでうまく活用すれば不便ではありませんでした。シャトルバスは予約制でした。朝夜とても周りが静かで鳥や虫の鳴き声しか聞こえないような素敵な雰囲気でした。周りが森なので虫も覚悟していましたが、思ったよりはいませんでした。ヤモリが沢山いました（笑）ホテルのプールも綺麗でよかったです。朝食も毎日メニューが変わって、飽きずにおいしくいただくことができました。特に自分の好きな具を入れてその場で作ってくれるオムレツはとてもおいしくて毎日食べました。ホテル内のバーは夜7時から9時はハッピーアワーで半額になりました。なによりも、ホテルの従業員の方がみんなとても感じがよくてとても親切でした。またプーケットに訪れた際にはこちらに泊まりたいと思えるような素敵なホテルでした！

歯ブラシなどのアメニティは、もともと無かったのか、フロントに連絡して持って来てもらいました。ミネラルウォーターも備え付け分の置き忘れが有りましたが、こちらもフロントに連絡すると、すぐに届けてくれました。ホテル内にショップが入っていると、安心なのになぁと思いました。

ホテルのロケーションは山の上なので街の中心部まではタクシー等を使わないと無理でした。けど部屋は清潔で設備も凄く良かったです。部屋にプールが付いていたので子供も大喜び！それと1番はスタッフの対応が素晴らしかったです。日本語を勉強しているスタッフはいましたが、話せるのは挨拶程度なので、日本語での対応は厳しそう。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

場所は自然の中にあってとても癒されます。繁華街から遠いのでホテル内にコンビニが欲しかったです。一番近いコンビニは往復30分ですが歩くと坂が多くて少し大変でした。プールのタオルの数がとても少なくすぐ無くなってしまいました。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

とてもいいホテルだった。英語がわからない私たちにも親切丁寧に対応してもらえた。ただ一つ気になったのが、夜になるとバスルームから排水の匂いが上がってきてとても部屋が臭くなった。全体的に高級感があって街中の喧騒からも離れられてゆっくり滞在できた。

スタッフは皆さん笑顔で接していただき、又、言葉が分からなくても親切でとても良い思い出になりました。　テレビが消せなかったことが少し残念でした。夜はテレビをつけっぱなしで寝ました。　他は十分でした、機会があればまた是非利用したいと思っています。

私の拙い英語でレイトチェックアウトを受け付けてくださって、ホントに助かりました。朝食にタイのお料理がたくさんあり、楽しかったです！お部屋も広くキレイでした。ただ、バスタブにお湯が溜まりにくく少しだけ不便でした。バルコニーからメインプールが見えるお部屋で、とても気持ちが良かったです。ジャンクセイロンへはシャトルバスが出ていたので、ほぼ毎日使用させてもらいました。残念ながらホテル内のスパを受けることができませんでしたが、外にあるマッサージ屋さんで、タイマッサージを受けることができたので良かったです。従業員の方々は、みんな親切にしてくださり楽しく過ごすことができました！ありがとうございました(σ´∀｀)σ

隠れ家的な滞在なら雰囲気は申し分なし

名前の通りホテルに篭る隠れ家的な滞在なら雰囲気は申し分なく、価格以上で価値は充分にあると感じました。プールも大人専用め含めて3つ、ロケーションや環境の違いを楽しめます。雰囲気だけなら倍の価格でもやっていけると思います。ただ、食事やサービスなどは価格並みで、アメニティーはしょぼかったです。歯ブラシはともかく、髭剃りすら無かったです。wi-fiの接続もかなり悪く、ネット環境で見るTVは断念しました。要望があれば強く主張した方がいいと感じました。食事も不味くはありませんが、、、。街やビーチに出るならフリーのシャトルバスになりますが、1.5時間に1本程度です。行き先はショッピングセンターですが、頼めば途中でも止まってくれました。タクシーだと400バーツくらいかかります。

良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

基本的には景色も綺麗だし、広くて素敵な場所。プールスイートに泊まったが冷蔵庫が外にあるのが少し不便だった。ホテルはパトンビーチから離れていて、バスが出ているのだがやはり少し面倒だった。バイクを借りた方が早かった。ただ警察に捕まる可能性もある。ジャンクセイロンからの帰りは22:30のバスは混み合い23:00のバスに回されることもあるので早めにバスに乗った方がいい。ビーチは少し行きにくいが、フリーダムビーチかパラダイスビーチが良いと思う

利便性とおこもり感の両方をとるならオススメ

部屋、プール、バーなどのクオリティはとても良い。卓球やビリヤードができるのも良い。スパもそれなりに良い。しかしレストランの食事が美味しくないのでもっとタイ料理を充実させてほしい。とはいえ、パトンビーチの利便性と適度なおこもり感を両立させたい人にはオススメできる。

プールが3ヶ所あり、全てバーがついていて便利でした。自然いっぱいで景色も良く、最高に気持ちよかったです。ただ、夕食の場所が暗すぎました。。

また泊まりたいホテル

街から少し離れていて、静かでとても快適でした。この値段でこのクオリティは完璧だと思います。ホテルがかなり広いので場所を聞けばゴルフカートで連れて行ってくれます。朝ごはんも豪華で美味しく、パンケーキや卵料理などはその場で調理をしてくれます。ただ、hotels.comに書いてあるロケーションに関しては信じない方がいいです。フリーダムビーチまでは徒歩20分、バングラー通りまでは徒歩45分かかります。ロケーション重視の方は調べてから予約することをお勧めします。

プールに直結した部屋に3泊しました。部屋は清潔でしたが、清掃はやや雑だったかも（食器とか洗面所で洗ってたし…苦笑）。ターンダウンはないですし、最終日にも特にチェックアウトの連絡もなく、よくあるフルサービスリゾートよりは簡素なサービスではあります。が、朝ごはんもそれなりに充実しているし、街への無料送迎もあるし、何より、部屋から直接プールに出られるのは魅力的。但し、普通に、目の前のデッキチェアは他の人に占領されるので、ご注意を（チェアの数が少ないので仕方ないと言えば仕方ないのですが）。価格を考えると、リーズナブルです。なお、ホテルの場所が本当に「ハイダウェイ」なので、空港からのタクシーは迷ってました。そしてホテル内部も「ハイダウェイ」、バギーの送迎もアトラクション的な坂道を突っ走るので、なかなかスリリングです（苦笑）。

新しく綺麗な設備で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。朝食ビュッフェも種類が豊富で満足でした。斜面に建てられているので、ホテル内の移動は上り下りが多いですが、丁度良い運動になります。ホテル出た正面のマッサージ屋さんもお手頃で非常に上手でした。

素晴らしい景色と、フレンドリーなスタッフ

はじめてのプーケット旅行、このホテルにして大正解でした。パトンビーチから遠いのが気になっていましたが、ホテルからの景色の良さには変えられません。ロビーからの眺め、sizzleレストランからの眺めが最高でした。部屋もこちらの要望に嫌な顔せずに変えて下さり、切れてしまった電球もすぐに取り替えに来てくれました。パトンビーチ周辺の雰囲気と、ホテルの落ち着いた雰囲気との両方を感じられ、満足です。敷地がとっても広く、アップダウンも激しいですが、カートで移動できるので問題ありません。またプーケットへ来る際はこのホテルに泊まりたいです。
