Great Weekend Way
We had a great stay at this property. Location was perfect, close to great golf courses (Raven, Biltmore and Orange Tree), restaurants and lots of amenities close by. The property and communication with the host was top notch, would recommend for your trip to Phoenix!

Spring training getaway
My son and I traveled to the Phoenix area to take in spring training games and booked this wonderful unit that was strategically located. It was extremely clean/well-kept and the perfect size for the 2 of us. I enjoyed morning walks around the lake in this gated community. We visited 3 different baseball venues (Royals, Brewers and Guardians), and while there is no escaping the endless traffic and traffic lights, we were able to easily make the trips to all of them. There were very few details missed and it was a true home away from home. I would definitely recommend working with Millie and hope to be back soon.

Amazing condo and complex!
This condo was beautiful and very recently completely updated and remodeled. It has an excellent view of the little lake at the condominium complex. We were impressed. And of course, it was spotless!

Sun, trees, water, ducks and geese and sunsets
Loved the condo.Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with drip or press coffee makers plus some coffee already there. Some spices and other food. Great TV and great view with glass wall in front of balcony where we saw the sunset almost every night. Millie keeps in touch but is not intrusive. Pool is actually warm and pickle ball courts usually available. Highly recommend.

Phoenix paradise
We were very comfortable and enjoyed everything about our stay. Location is beautiful and quiet. Easy to get to from I17 and close to great shopping and restaurants. Hoping to return in the future.

Nice place, convenient location!
We had a very nice stay. Place was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Pickleball was fun. Pool was warm (which was nice in January! Highly recommend!

Peaceful Stay
We enjoyed our time in this rental very much, it is well appointed, nicely decorated, clean, and the beds are very comfortable! The patio is just lovely too. We would definitely stay again.

Great place
We were here for 6 nights for a concert. The place was so very nice. Didn’t want for anything. Very clean. Beds very comfy. Spacious deck. Pool was clean and lots of lounge chairs. Owners were quick to answer questions. Wifi reliable. Fully stocked kitchen. Overall an a great place.

Beautiful Accomodations
We booked this property via VRBO. It was definately as advertized. It was a mature quiet gated community. It was close to ammenities and great location to go to State Farm Stadium. The King bed was super comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was immpecable, it was by far the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Nothing was broken dirty or chipped. The exterior was fantasitic there is ample fowl to observe and turtles and the walk around the pond was both peaceful and soothing. The pool and hot tub we had to our selves each eving from around 1700 hours to close. There are BBQs that line the exterior if you wish to utilize that. Parking was ample in the assigned stall and easy to locate. This property is professionally managed and made for a smooth check in and check out process. It is on the second floor and an easy walk to it. However if you have mobility issues the stairs might cause an obstacle. The screened in balcony was a treat each morning to have a tea and watch the fowl and sunrise and sunset. This location made it easy to get around to surrounding areas in a reasonable amount of time. The owner and property manager checked in to ensure that everything was up to our expectations. They were not intrusive and very respectful and messaged or called during appropriate hours. I would stay here again and not hesitate to recommed to others.

Parent’s weekend at GCU
We’ve been home from our trip to Arizona for almost 2 weeks now and I’m still missing my relaxing mornings overlooking the lake from our VRBO screened in porch. Everything about our stay was better than expected. We took full advantage of walks around the lake, swims in the pool, big family breakfasts in our fully furnished kitchen and family movie night on the comfy living room sectional. When we did head out, we were close to my daughter’s school and a lot of fun restaurants, boutiques and hiking trails. We definitely spent more time at the VRBO than we ever imagined as it just had so much to offer and just felt like home. I really hope our daughter stays at GCU so we have a reason to come and visit again! :)

Great Place!
This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, fully equipped kitchen, all the linens you need. We also enjoyed the artwork in the space. Owners were very responsive and helpful with our stay. A highlight is definitely the location on the property with a large shade tree and babbling brook right off the porch. Also enjoyed the pool and walks around the lake on property. Would stay here again!

The condo unit is beautiful. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay and the decor is exceptional! Check in was seamless and the owner checked in with us to make sure we didn't need anything. This property has all you could ask for as a home away from home!

Beautiful
I had researched alot of properties before deciding on this one. It was absolutely the best choice. It was wonderful. I think it is even nicer then the pictures you see. The screened in porch was fabulous. We spent alot of time out there, so relaxing. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Loved the decor. We felt very safe in the area. I would definitely stay here again. It was comfortable and clean.

Exactly as shown
This property was just like the pictures and the view from the balcony was beautiful and peaceful. A great bonus was the paved walkway around the lakes with the gated entry that insured a very safe environment to the lake area. We would definitely star at this property again if we’re back in the Phoenix area.
