空港から近い普通クラスのホテル
ロケーションは空港からは近いですが、近隣には徒歩で買い出しに行ける店等はありません。風呂場の床が大理石で滑りやすく少し危険な気がします。またデスクも大理石のため冬場は冷えてて冷たく作業に向かないので何か対策が必要かと思います。その他は特に不満点はありません。また、WIFIのスピードは速く満足でした。

気持ちの良いホテルです
遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、フロントには二人、笑顔で対応してくれました スタッフの方は皆、フレンドリーで心地よい距離感です チェックアウトも早かったため、サービスや施設はほとんど利用できませんでしたが、気持ち良く過ごせました 全体的に清潔感があり、日本人は特に気にすると思いますが、建物が新しいこともあり、水回りもキレイでした ただ、トイレットペーパーの予備が無かったのは残念です 海外ホテル特有の、ロールの少ないトイレットペーパーでは、予備が無いと不安です この金額でこのクオリティなら、コストパフォーマンスは非常に高いと言えるのでは

I had missed my flight, I was able to secure a room, was tired from the days evens and missing my flight home after 4 day away & got room service. In the morning used the gym prior to getting 7:30am flight - great service and facility. Thank you!

The property is conveniently located if going to the races, optus stadium, casino or airport. A couple of negatives, there was no milk in the fridge to make a tea or coffee. If you take food back to the room there isn't any cutlery or plates. The doors slam all night, so not the quietest place to stay.

Overpriced for what is it. Poor accessibility to rooms with bags. room service just awful. Had to send back toast as not cooked. And when it came back it was burnt .. cold both times. How do you get toast wrong ? Not convenient location to access city. Only good thing was lovely lady at reception who help us change rooms. our first room looked straight into the gym .. so everyone could see right into our room !!! For any privacy would’ve had to close curtains 24/7. I wouldn’t stay here again.

great but average
it was nice but wasn’t anything majorly special, room service was quite slow & getting ahold of both the hotel, room service & reception was a little hard as no one would pick up the phones. the bathroom was very nice & the hotel was clean but overall it was pretty average. the tv had no movie selections & it was pretty much just TV so not really any entertainment inside of the room.

Nice rooms, in very convenient and quiet location but still very close to many shopping, dining and entertainment options. Close to Perth CBD, airport and casino. Plenty of secure parking spots for residents which is rare and very handy. Hotel has good facilities and very good management. I will be staying here again in future

On arrival the greeting was not delivered well. There was hair on the bed head board and in the draws too. Heavy dust on the mosaic wall feature and other locations. Two beds were pushed together to create what seemed to be a massive king bed but was always drawn to falling in the gap which made it uncomfortable. There was no bottom sheet, only a mattress protector which was fitted wrong anyway. There was only two pillows which showed a lack of creativity and consideration. Breakfast was enjoyable, the guy serving us was exceptionally helpful.

Room had cobwebs , coffee table covered with marks from previous guests classes hadn't been cleaned. Wine glasses in room were filthy with lipstick marks on them. No complementary water in the fridge.

High end trimmings but poor service
The lobby looks awesome. The room was spacious. Plenty of parking. But this hotel was a poor man’s attempt at being classy. Some things they could improve: - Lack of towels in our room when we arrived. Asked housekeeping for a hand towel, got a facecloth. - Our room was not serviced Day 1. We were ok with that, but called the desk on Day 2 to ensure we were not missed again. We were given assurance that they would make up our room. When we came back in the afternoon, our room still had not been cleaned. Had to call again. It was finally done very late that day. So bring your own toilet paper :) - The room has a bar fridge and even a wine fridge, but no tv channels. ABC and one or two other channels was pretty lame. - No tidy bin in the room. - Cobwebs on the ceiling - First room I’ve stayed in with a set of scales, yet they didn’t work. - No bar snacks or drinks, but weird a list of charges for the kettle, chair, toilet paper bag etc (see photo) - Console table has a stationary holder, yet it is empty - no pen or paper. - Doors absolutely slam. They are loud and buzz if left open. - Room service was good. - Additional to Hotels.com fee, they charged a credit card fee at check-in. I would try other hotels if in the area again. While it wasn’t awful, it certainly wasn’t great. It felt like some foreigner has bought a hotel, but doesn’t know how to run it. They also need to understand the Australian market.
