カップルにぴったり。

ローケーションもいいし、とっても素敵なホテルでした。滞在時間は少なかったけど、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

Taking a break from the hustle & bustle of life

Staying at Mamo was fantastic! We both completely easy to unwind from our busy lifestyles. Everyone we met was very friendly, hotel staff were friendly, helpful, polite and nothing bothered them. Perfect location for us on our relaxation holiday.

Nice toiletries but rouge monkies

Nice hotel, the pool area is quite small as are the rooms, and the single beds are very close together. They provide good toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and tooth brush kits). However, monkey came in through the balcony door and stole my raybans, so if you like opening balcony doors, this may not be the place for you..

The pool was very nice and the room was maintained daily. Only problem was a bit of mold in the shower.

Experiência ruim no Mamo hotel

Péssima experiência com o Mamo hotel. Hotel com um valor mais caro que os demais em Bali porém não justifica esse alto valor. Além dos móveis do quarto serem bem velhos o chuveiro não funcionou durante 2 dias inteiros. O funcionário da manutenção foi até meu quarto e confirmou que o chuveiro tinha problema pois caia um filetinho de água e parava, depois de uns 15 segundos voltava a cair um filetinho de água e parava novamente. E ficava nisso, tanto o chuveiro, quanto o chuveirinho higiênico e a pia. Após a verificação e confirmação do problema a recepção do hotel disse que era um problema geral em todo o hotel e que se resolveria no dia seguinte ou seja no meu primeiro dia no hotel no calor de 30 graus de Bali eu não pude tomar banho a noite para dormir. No dia seguinte quando acordei o problema se persistiu até o final do dia. Quando perguntei para outros hóspedes se eles estavam com problema no chuveiro eles negaram, dizendo que estava tudo normal. A recepção do hotel não me deu nenhum suporte, nem me ofereceu um outro quarto para tomar banho, consegui tomar banho apenas no dia seguinte a noite. O chuveiro apesar de estar normal cai pouca água. A porta e a chave do meu quarto estava tortas então emperrava toda hora na hora de abrir e trancar o quarto. Não possuem restaurante no hotel, eles indicam uma churrascaria Brasileira do outro lado da rua que é super gostosa a comida porém um pouco cara. A única coisa boa do Mamo é sua localização muito perto da onda e do Single Fin

Ask to see your room first

The first room I stayed in was excellent - good a/c, good shower, clean. After a few days away, I returned but my second room (same type) the a/c wasn't very cold, the shower cycled on and off every 10 seconds or so, the shower didn't drain well (leaving the bathroom floor slimy) and the toilet struggled to flush. Overall I really like this guest house, but ask to see your room first as they may vary.

No Frills But Epic Location!

Mamo is a no frills hotel but can not be beat for the price, location, and friendly service. If you're looking for somewhere affordable and easy right by Uluwatu or Singlefin, this is the place.

Our room was really big, fantastic views, clean. Upon arrival our air conditioner wasn't working, however, the staff immediately came to the rescue and put a whole new unit in! The pool was spotless and lovely.

The staff were amazing always happy to help! The rooms are nice nothing amazing but great for the price! The only downfall was the aircon it wasn’t that cold, we did speak to the staff and they came and serviced it which did little to nothing so they offered us another room which we didn’t do because we only had two more nights and a lot of bags haha so overall would stay again most definitely!!!

Great location and close to beaches.

It was affordable and close to doing the things I wanted. Only downfall was the lights situation, the air con made a horrible sound everytime you turned the switch on and on my downtime the tv having only had 3 channels to watch.

Nice Hotel, Convenient

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was close to a the surf and Split Fin restaurant. We visited a few local beaches and then continued our Indonesia trip to Komodo. We would stay here again.

Check In was slow, but OK

I made a new reservation the same day and already had a reservation for the following night. Traffic sucked getting there, so I was a bit short already before they could not locate my new booking. It eventually all worked out and we enjoyed our stay. Location is ideal and easy to walk to restaurants and the beach. We would stay here again.

Good location

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel view from balcony wasn’t very nice. Food was average but good prices. Photos online made the pool area appear a lot bigger then it actually was. Lighting in bathroom was extremely dark and hard due to the yellow light bulbs.

Great location, beautiful hotel grounds and pool

Very friendly and helpful staff. This place is a real great find. Everything was clean and made up every day. Good hd cable and ac in the room. Restaurant, bar, and store across the road were really convenient. The hotel grounds and pool were very relaxing to explore. Our Room had a nice little balcony too. Only downside was a bit of street noise, not a major concern.

Wouldn't recommend

Pool and location are the only upsides to Mamo hotel. There is a terrible smell that seems to come from their bathrooms and stinks out the entire room. Also the air conditioning really struggles to work even in full blast for multiple hours

Mamo Hotel - Uluwatu Bali

Hotel com ótima localização, porém no meu quarto o banheiro não estava legal, tinham aranhas, ralo entupido, pouca água na hora do banho. Internet muito ruim, mas no geral, pelo valor, valeu a pena. Piscina muito boa, atendentes super atenciosos, restaurante fora do hotel, mas só atravessar a rua, TV sem canais fechados.

Middle of the road

As the title says, it's very middle of the road. There was nothing really bad but nothing exceptional that stood out unless you count for how easy it was to get to Uluwatu to surf. Nothing really bad to say but nothing worth noting either

Det var ett bra hotell, fint och rent! Vi valde att tvätta på hotellet och blev lite missförstånd med tiden men dem körde vår tvätt till vårt nästa hotell då det inte han bli klart innan vi skulle lämna. Verkligen super snällt!

Great location. Five minute walk to Uluwatu and 20 minute walk to Padang Padang. Spotless grounds with a nice pool. Many nice restaurants in the area.

Hotel was over booked so we were transferred to another hotel- however the other room was much smaller and cheaper than what we booked. We ended up transferred back and put into the room we initially booked but it was a long process. It ended up great and walking distance to Single Fin which is what attracted us in the first place

O hotel tem ótima localização por um bom preço. A equipe é excelente com aquela atmosfera que se espera de Bali. As áreas comuns são lindas com piscina muito agradável , jardim e templo. Os quartos são amplos e limpos , com varanda é vista que se pode ver o mar ao longe, mas um pouco antigos.

The breakfast was really poor. Really not worth paying a premium for. There are lots of places close by that do a better breakfast for $5 AUD.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in while in Bali

If you want to feel as though you are on holidays, do not stay here! Our air conditioning didn't work, the drains blocked and flooded every time we took a shower and the hot water rarely worked. The bathroom was so disgusting that I had to wear flip flops in the shower. The tv also didn't work, not that we needed it. On our second last day our iPhone 6 was stolen from the hotel and the staff did nothing to help us, blamed it on us and said they couldnt do anything about it. Worst hotel experience I think we have ever had.

Beau séjour !

L'hôtel Mamo est super bien situé, près de tout. On a pu louer des scooters pour vraiment pas cher, question de se promener un peu plus loin. Seuls désagréments, le wifi était fonctionnel, mais lent, et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour notre douche ! Sinon, tout était parfait. L'accueil des gens était super !

Boa localização, mas ar condicionado não funciona.

A localização do hotel é ótima, não há o que discutir, mas o ar condicionado não gelava hora nenhuma, o que é essencial no calor escaldante de Bali em maio. Além disso, o banheiro alagava todos os dias e vazava para o quarto. Tirando isso, não tenho reclamações a fazer, o staff é super simpático e é bom ter uma piscina no final do dia, após a praia.
