POOL: Elevated 200 sq. ft. oceanfront saltwater pool is 4.5 feet deep and heated to 85 degrees between April 1 and October 31 as long as the outdoor temperature is steadily above 67 degrees. The automated heating turns off at night and reheats in the morning, typically reaching 85 degrees between 10 am and noon depending on outdoor conditions.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays only in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent of $250 for one dog or $375 for two dogs. Maximum 2 adult dogs.
