Sewer smells from drains. Mold in bathroom. 3 fans only 1 worked. Could not open windows in hot temperatures (not that it could be used in bedroom as outlets did not work). due to ground floor and security shutters down. Homeless tent city 100 yards away. Outside streets by front door smelled of urine. Floors not cleaned and full of sand. Wifi did not work. It is close to some nice areas of Paris so location is good. Clean sheets and towels. We were to stay 6 nights but due to health concerns of sewer smell, and too hot to sleep at night with no ventilation left the apartment for another hotel.

globalement le sejour fut agréable, cependant le quartier est plus ou moins rassurant, plusieurs sans abris campent dans les rues avoisinantes et le logement est situé au rez de chaussée alors impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Sinon le logement est propre et toutes les commodités sont fonctionnelles.
