スムーズではなかった
１年のスタートの元旦に利用。１５時よりチェックインできるはずが、部屋の準備が完了しておらず、入室は１８時過ぎ。その後の計画が台無しになりました。 また、支払い済みなのにあとから二重請求。立地など基本的には素晴らしいが、残念な気持ちになりました。

2/27より3泊利用しました。スタッフの方々の対応がとても温かく素晴らしいです。このホテルに泊まりたかった理由はバルコニーから見えるエッフェル塔です。高層階ではなかったですが、十分にエッフェル塔を見ることができました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

エッフェル塔ビューのお部屋に宿泊しました。それはもう眺めもよく日没後毎時0分から5分間だけのシャンパンフラッシュは本当に綺麗でした。ホテルの外観は古いマンションの様な感じでした。部屋もベッドも狭いです。

お薦めはバルコニーの部屋
バルコニー付きの部屋にするとエッフェル塔が目の前に見えます。キラキラフラッシュするエッフェル塔は、何度見ても飽きません。バルコニーにテーブルと椅子もあるので、暖かければここでネスプレッソでで入れたモーニングコーヒー飲んだりできます。冷蔵庫の中の飲み物は3種類だけでしたが、無料です。満月も見えるロケーションで、大満足でした。スリッパもあり快適でした。

Amazing hotel. Been here on multiple ocasiona and it’s always as good. Within a one minute walk to the Eiffel tower and balcony with tower view.

Great customer service - staff was friendly and courteous; answered questions about parking our car since they did not have a parking lot available; breakfast staff very helpful Parking - not available on premises but they provided info on where to park Room - beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower! Best in Town!

The property was safe and perfect distance to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The view is well worth it! Great stay!

Best location if you want to be close to the Eiffel Tower area. Going to other places is at least 15-20 mins which was fine with taxis available always outside the hotel. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant which was also very good. Overall best hotel in the area.

The hotel rooms are very average, my biggest issue is the hotel controls what time of the year you can use AC which is beyond ridiculous for the amount of money you pay, you should be able to use the AC at your own free will. Our room had a disgusting smell of cigarettes smell and the staff tried to remove it but it still lingered. The AC would have helped with that a lot. The location is great as it should be for the price, and the breakfast if you pay for it is worth it.

Excellent location for the Eiffel Tower although I would not have walked around there late at night. Room was ok but starting to get a bit tired. Unfortunately the room wasn’t ready despite asking for an early check in and only arriving 40 minutes before the check in time. We were not offered anywhere to sit or get a drink and had to find somewhere in the bar ourselves. We then weren’t called when our room was ready and had to go back and ask ourselves. Overall the hotel was ok, but given the price think there are better options out there.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Super clean, cozy and elegant. However, what we really love was the view we had from our rooms to the Eiffel Tower and how close it was from the hotel , like 3 minutes away

I arrived to my hotel room with no toilet paper which I found suspicious as it should be cleaned daily. It took three requests to finally get it but we still did not receive body wash despite asking. We had to leave a note in French for housekeeping. They did not replenish our tea supply or complimentary drinks despite it being used daily as we were told it would be.

Other then the property not disclosing the they don't have air conditioning in the winter, staff was great and very professional. Location is awesome, the views are great. Hotel Restaurant is good but a little pricey but great service.

The hotel was amazing. We had a suite for my family of four and had a view of the Tour Eiffel. The room had a kitchen and table. It was plenty of space for my family of four. The amenities of the hotel were top notch and the staff were very helpful too. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
