部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。ただシャワーだけの部屋で5泊しましたがたまにはバスタブにつかりたかったです。部屋が空いたならかえてほしかったです。立地は最高でエッフェル塔が目印なるので安心して出歩くことができました。

掃除のために覗くのは２回だけ？

16泊しました。ホテルの玄関前からはエッフェル塔の脚部まで見え、最高のロケーションです。ホテルの裏口から出ると、日本文化会館は目の前、地下鉄のヴィルアケムの駅も近く、グルネルのマルシェへも徒歩で行けます。 14泊目まで快適に過ごしていたのですが、最後の３日間、昼過ぎまで部屋でゆっくり過ごしていると掃除の人が２回覗きに来ました。「後でお願いします。」と伝えたのですが、それっきり回ってきた様子もなくタオルも取り替えてはいませんでした。ゴミはまとめて何とかなるにしても、濡れたままのタオルを使うのは、気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。

エッフェル塔に近い

エッフェル塔に近いホテル。3日間滞在しました。宿泊した部屋ははじめシャワーのみの部屋でしたが、排水溝の詰まりがあり、部屋を変更。ツイン部屋だったのに、なぜかダブルの部屋に変更されました。次の日にツイン仕様に変更はしてくれましたが。朝食はビュッフェ方式で、種類もふつうにあります。近くにレストランも多くあり、食事には困りません。エッフェル塔にも歩いていける距離です。

セーフティボックスが壊れていた。フロントへ連絡したが電話に出ない、フロントへ直接行ったがスタッフがいつまでたっても来なかった。またアメニティが少なすぎる

Rooms were extremely hot and AC was non existent. When we uncovered our bed there was a giant yellow stain covered with pubic hair. When i complained the staff was rude and made if feel like I WAS THE INCONVENIENCE. i would stay away.

Staff were excellent and upgraded us to a tower view room. Everything was close to this location. While the hotel itself is older and would benefit from some refurbishment, it’s location and staff certainly made up for any issues.

Hôtel de grande classe. Tout était parfait. Notre chambre avait une vue directe sur la Tour Eiffel située à 600 mètres.

The property had a funky smell when we got off the elevator. The room had the toilet in one room and the sink and shower in the other which was inconvenient. The beds are short so if you’re over 5’10 you will be very uncomfortable. The area was decent with plenty of Ubers, food, and the Eiffel Tower.

La cercanía a la torre Eiffel es lo que hace especial este hotel. We loved that this property is right next to the Eiffel Tower. It was so cool to go outside and see it immediately every day. The hotel and room was very clean. There are two lines of the metro within walking distance (Line 6 and the RER B). That was extremely convenient.

The air conditioning in all the rooms didn't work, the window only opened about 3 inches and the 6 inch fan they supplied us didn't help. The property needs some updates and is not worth what they are charging. No room service and the restaurant was closed.

Die Lage des Hotels war super ,vom Eingang aus hatte man bereits einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf den Eiffelturm. In näherer Umgebung ist alles Wichtige vorhanden, Restaurant, Kleiner Supermarkt, Bäckerei. Unser Bett war leider schon etwas ausgelegen und die Matratze daher nicht mehr so bequem.

Everything is great. Location is very near eiffel tower. But one thing I dislike is the separate toilet bowl from the main shower

Got there early, no problem dropping off bags for storage. Very helpful staff. We were able to walk to the tower two minutes away and also walkable to louve.

My room was clean, no bed bugs. I had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower out my window. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The food from the restaurant was very good.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and I wasn’t disappointed. They are efficient and very accommodating. Plus the Eiffel Tower is right there.

What this hotel has going for itself is the location. I thought rate was extremely high for what the hotel is. It is definitely overpriced. Rooms are outdated and extremely small. We got a Very hot room (no AC units work during winter) so we had to ask for a fan because we couldn’t even open a window and it was hard to sleep. Room was small but tolerable but like I said, the location is prime. So close to many cafes and five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and train station.

Close to most things and not that far from public transportation...the staff was very excellent from cleaners to front desk service..As a Canadian would have loved too see a McDonald's or star bucks closer to the hotel without walking or travel far but it's not the hotel's fault...,great stay for off season visit.....
