基本的には清潔ではありますが、タオル、マットを毎日交換してくれない日がありました。スタッフの方は親切な印象です。駅からは遠いのがたまに傷です。

Chambre sans chauffage ! J’ai du demander un chauffage d’appoint Température inférieure à 14°c Petit déjeuné trop cher pour ce qu’ils proposent 17€ pour un jus de fruits, un café et un croissant ! C est complètement du vol !!!!

Bonjour, Merci pour votre retour, pourquoi ne pas l'avoir signalé lors de votre séjour ou demandé conseil pour faire fonctionner le chauffage? Il y a deux radiateurs par chambres et la possibilité de vous fournir un convecteur supplémentaire en cas de problème, la prochaine fois n'hésitez pas.Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, sous forme de buffet, vous avez du cake, du pain d'épices, ainsi qu'une salade de fruit préparé en pâtisserie, de la charcuterie de qualité, les fromages proposés sont ceux du restaurant étoilé Michelin qui proviennent d'une fromagerie locale. Des céréales, croissants et pains au chocolat de qualité supérieur, des baguettes de campagnes (lui aussi servis au restaurant), les confitures et pâte à tartiner d'une marque de renom, ainsi que les jus de fruit.Pour résumer, non, nous ne proposons pas un pain au chocolat, un croissant, une boisson chaude et une froide à 17.Très Cordialement.

Very charming and friendly staff. Breakfast a little sparse and no air conditioning for Americans 😂. Ate breakfast watching a family of swans on the river. Very quaint

Nous avons adoré passer deux nuits dans ce petit hôtel, bien sympathique ! C’était une belle surprise ! Personnel, agréable, charmant, magnifique, endroit au bord de l’eau !! Nous y retournerons c’est sûr !!

Très décu de l'attitude de l'hotel, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude dans la Chambre.... Donc pas de douche. Cela a fait rire le personnel, et aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé Pas normal quand on se donne un certain standing.

Very nice hotel, very quiet. Staff is very friendly. We could not experience the restaurant due to the pandemic restrictions, but we liked everything else

Pour cette hôtel, il est essentiel d’avoir une chambre côté Marne, de l’autre côté c’est beaucoup moins...calme sans doute!

Sejour de 2 nuits dû à une formation. Accueil super, disponibilité du personnel très bien,chambre propre et confortable. Petit déjeuné en option un peu cher (17€) mais des bons produits. Je recommande.
