I understand that you were disappointed with the room you booked, however, you booked a classic courtyard room, which as the name suggests does not have a street view but a courtyard view. This makes it difficult to see the Eiffel Tower, so I'm afraid you've booked the wrong type of room. I'm really sorry and I understand your disappointment. Concerning the gas leak, we don't have any gas in the hotel but the restaurant next door, which is undergoing work, did indeed touch a pipe. Even if we weren't risking much, we opted for safety and called the fire department.Regarding the various technical problems in the room, did you request the intervention of our technician so that we could remedy them? It's quite possible to have two keys, we usually offer this on arrival, too bad you didn't dare ask. Thank you very much for noting the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel was built in 1797 and we decide to keep a bit of the building spirit. We are located five minutes away from the CHAMPS DE MARS which is the big avenue in front of the tower. From the CHAMPS DE MARS to the Eiffel Tower, it's 5 minutes by foot.
