相部屋は初めてでした。ある程度覚悟はしていたつもりでしたが、夜中の１時2時まで人の出入りがあり、物音やライトの点灯の多さに寝るに寝られませんでした。鍵がかけられるボックスが一人ずつ用意されてはいたのですが、大きいスーツケースは入れることができずとても不安でした。シャワールームの扉は直しておいて欲しかったです。スタッフの方はとても感じが良かったです。

良いところ、悪いところあるけど、全体としておすすめはしない

清潔さ、アクセスの良さはいいと思います。ただ、どうしても悪い体験が頭から離れません。フロントの方は確かに協力的でフレンドリーです。しかし宿泊者が多いからか、対応が追いついてない感じあります。そして私の場合は二回も嘘をつかれました。一回目は大晦日。フロントの男性曰く「今日は大晦日だから朝から晩まで公共の乗り物は無料だよ」と言われたので年の為にネットで確認。でもどう見ても午後5時から無料と書いてある。もう一度フロントに念を押しても同じ返答。試しにバス乗ったらきっちり2ユーロ請求された。2回目は私がフロントに「明日の早朝のフライトなんだけどタクシー手配できる？」と聞いたら「気にしないで、それはとても簡単よ」というので翌朝にフロント行ったら「今は手配できないから自分で探して」と…。すべてとは言わないけど、その場しのぎで返答しているところもあると思う。あとホステルなのにキッチンない、外部の食料持ち込むなはないと思う。挙げ句の果てにチェックインまでのスーツケース預かりが有料とバックパッカーには満足できるような場所ではないと思う。「また予約したいか」と聞かれたら即答はできない。「とりあえず一泊」「北駅のアクセスを重視して、それ以外は泊まれればいい」「清潔なホステルに止まりたい」ということであればいいかもしれない。全体が書いている「スタッフの親切さ」だけを重視して泊まってはいけないと思う。

ベッドはコンセントとUSB、ライトもすべて使えた。シャワーもお湯が出る。トイレはウォシュレットなし。思った以上に悪くない。

大人数でワイワイしたい人にオススメ！

レストラン、バー、クラブが併設されていて少し騒がしいが、そういうのが好きな人には楽しいかも。スタッフ数が足りておらず、チェックインでかなり並ぶ。部屋やバスルームなどはキレイだった！

フランス滞在中、5日間ほど宿泊させて頂きました。お値段の割には、施設も綺麗でした。しかし、一階と屋上がパーティ会場なので、部屋によっては騒音がうるさい所もあります。静かにしてくれとは言えず、あまり眠たくないときは、とてもうるさく感じました。メガネをかけた男性スタッフは冷たかったですが、女性スタッフは優しい方が多いです。ただセキュリティーは甘いと感じました。あと、ドミトリーなので朝起きると知らない人が部屋にいることがあります。もう少しチェックインの制限時間を早くしてほしいです。

バスルームとありましたが、バスタブ付きの部屋は、存在いたしません。シャワールームしかありません。部屋の掃除は、一週間宿泊しましたが、スタッフに、掃除を依頼しても、一度もしていただけませんでした。ですから、タオルの交換もバスタオルを、フロントに、持って行って、新しいタオルとの物々交換となります、宿泊初日は、フェースタオル２枚とバスタオル２枚がセットされていましたが、翌日、ホテルに帰って、部屋に入ったら、掃除はされていませんでした。忘れたのだろうと思って、使用したバスタオルとフェースタオルを持ってフロントに持って行きましたが、フェースタオルは無く、バスタオル２枚のみの交換になりました、三日目の朝、出かける際、お部屋の掃除を依頼しましたが、疲れって帰ってきて、部屋に入って、愕然、またしても掃除がなされていませんでした。バスルーム付きの部屋が希望でしたので、バスタブ付きの部屋への、チェンジルームを、お願いいたしました。9月2日の最終日に、プレミアムルームにバスタブがあり、チェンジルームができるとのことでした。仕方がなく、それでも良いのでお願いいたしました。9月１日、帰ってきて、万一部屋が用意されていないと困るので、フロントでバスタブ付きの部屋に、9月２日の、チェンジルームを確認すると、このホテルには、バスタブ付きの部屋は、存在しないとのことでした。滞在中のタオル交換も、フロントに持っていくと、いつ取り替えたのと問われ、昨日と答えると、当ホテルは、２日に１回と言われ、交換を、拒否されました。この有様ですので、一切のこのホテルへの期待は、無くなりました。部屋には、グラスは、ありませんので、歯を磨いた後、手ですすぐことになります。歯ブラシ、シャンプーリンス、などはなく、備え付けの液体石鹸のみです。バスルーム付きの部屋を予約いたしましたが、バスルーム付きと記載するのは、日本人にとっては、さぎみたいなもので、シャワールーム付きと、表記するべきです。9月2日、宿泊最終日、フロントに言って、掃除とタオル交換を依頼して、外出し、帰てきて案の定、部屋は、出かけたままでした。怒る気にもなれず、シーツとタオルを部屋に持ってきていただき、自分でメイクベットをしました。

清潔で掃除も行き届いていましたが、ロッカーがクレジットカード使用可の筈が壊れていて現金のみだったのがマイナス点です。基本全てカードで済ませたかったのに現金の用意が必要だったのが残念でした。

猛暑の後のチェックインだったため、初日はエアコンがつきませんでした。シャワーの固定が壊れていました。部屋のキーカードが、家族それぞれ別々に管理していたのですが、3泊目に突然使えなくなり、フロントに説明したところ、すぐに対応はしてくれたものの、管理の仕方を気をつけてと言われてしまいました。(理由は別にあると思いますが)

Good points are that the room we stayed was really large, the location is good, and there is a good chinese restaurant near the hotel. However public space was dirty and stinky, how to use the laundry machines was complicated, the public phone was not available, and the breakfast was below average. The receptionist(woman) was very nice anyway.

共用部屋を利用しました。ベッド下に鍵のつけられるボックスがあって荷物の管理も十分できました。また、トイレ、シャワーも部屋にありますが、共用のバスルームが快適だったためそちらを利用しました。タオルは有料でしたが、ドライヤーはパスポートと引き換えに無料で貸し出してくれました。風圧も申し分なし！また駅すぐなので迷うことはありません。地下のバーやクラブは利用しませんでしたが、隣のお店では夜遅くまで楽しめます。何より帰りが遅くなっても警備マンがいるので、セキュリティ面も安心でした。また利用します。

スタッフと部屋の質が年々悪くなる。

出来た頃使ってましたが、年々スタッフの質が悪くなり近年使って無かった、今回空きがなく致し方なく、部屋はシャワーの鍵がかからない、ベットのUSB使えない、スタッフ何様って感じ。外のシャワーは電気つかない、ドライヤーいつも貸出数が無い。１例を出すなら、荷物預けのコインロッカーに案内無くカード払いを選んでも使えないのでわざわざ受付まで行ったら、腕くんだ日本人顔の女スタッフ「じゃコインで払いなさいよ」と命令口調、もどってコインが無いので両替に札を入れたら動かない、札も戻らない、また０に階を降りて同じ奴に行ったら、そんなハズは無いと腕組んだまま動きもせず、話を聞いてた他の女スタッフが私が行くわ、と一緒に階上がって両替機みて、コインが無いから下の受付まで取りに来いと、また行くのかふざけんなと思っていたら、かと言って文句言えばじゃ返金しないとか言いそうだから黙ってたら、行く途中他の客に話しかけられそっちに行こうとするので「いい加減にしろこっちが先でしょうが？」と怒ると、私が下に降りたら、またこっちの客の対応でわざわざ上がってこなきゃならないでしょうが、下で待ってろと言い返してきた。これも命令口調、オイオイ、客は何度も往復させて自分は面倒だから効率良くとは何様なんだ、散々またされて無言でコイン返して最低。偉そうに言うなら、機械のメンテナンスぐらいしとけ！　そしてローマもパリも勝手にこの問題は本人と解決済とホテルドットコムには連絡してくるのも腹が立つ。一切解決してませんから二度とジェネレータには泊まりません。

綺麗で隣にスーパーがついてる。駅近で部屋の他にシャワートイレがある！人気だからか毎日深夜遅くにチェックインの客で寝れない！

綺麗なベットには読書灯もあり、携帯を充電するコンセントもUSB用のと普通のコンセントの２つもあって良かったです！ですが、USBの方は機能しておらず…同室の子に聞いたら同じ部屋の全てのUSBが使えないそうです…その事をぬけば快適でした！ドライヤーが借りれないという口コミを見ましたが、共用バスルームの方でしょうか？部屋についてる方は備え付けてあったので大丈夫でした！ただ、灯りがすぐ消えてしまうので最初はビックリしました。あとは、立地がすっっごく悪いです！主要観光地どこに行くにも時間がかかります。費用が安いので仕方ありませんが、次の宿泊は別にしようと思うくらいには不便でした。総合的には何と言っても綺麗ですし、ベッドも快適なので悪くなかったと思います！

8人部屋の女性ルームに2泊しましたが2人しか居なかったので、快適に過ごせた。部屋にもトイレ、シャワーがあり、各階にもバスルームがあるので、人数が多くても困らないと思います。部屋のインテリアもシンプルですがオシャレでした。キッチンはありません。お湯をもらいたければ、ロビーフロア奥のバーの所で言えばもらえます。朝食もそこで9ユーロ程で食べれると思います。ホテル自体が大きいホステルなのですがエレベーターも4台あり待つことはありません。荷物は1階にコインロッカーがあります。ランドリーも2ユーロ、乾燥機が3ユーロでした。最寄り駅だけでなく違う路線の駅も徒歩圏内なので乗り継ぎを多くしなくても大丈夫だと後からきづいた。ホテル近くにもカフェ、バーも少しありました。地下鉄駅からは2分かかりません。地上に出たらすぐに見えます。南京錠だけ持参すると安心だと思います。

女1人で一日だけ滞在。レセプションにて日本人だとわかると対応してくれた方の側にいたもう1人の男の人が日本語で声をかけてくれるなどすごく優しくしてもらえました。部屋の読書灯が壊れていたのとハンガー掛けなどが少なすぎて困ったが 1日だけならどうにかなる程度。後はルームメイトの運次第。全体的に若い方が集まってて他の国で滞在したドミトリーより少しうるさい印象はありました。

安く泊まるには良いと思います。設備が最低限なのは未だしも、壊れているものも多々… 併設しているバーの雰囲気が良かっただけに残念、次回は少し考えます。

とてもキレイ。ストックホルムの系列店も利用しましたが、パリの方が良かったです。部屋の中に専用のトイレ、シャワーがあり、廊下にも女性専用のトイレ、シャワーがあったので混雑せず、自分の使いたいときに利用出来ました。屋上のバーはそこまで景色は良くなかったかな。。。

アクセスは微妙だが駅近

主要観光スポットからは多少離れたところにあるが、メトロの出口の目の前にホテルがあるため夜でも安心して帰れる。周辺は少し危険な地域と聞いていたが、車通りも多いためそこまで怖くない。部屋はごく普通のホステル。シャンプーやタオルはない。しかしスタッフには英語で細やかに対応していただけて満足した。
