上階の生活音が ひどかったためお部屋を変えて いただきありがとうございました。 配慮に感謝いたします。 まずエアコン、室外機共に 音がきになります。 建物の老朽化があります。 朝食も非常に難しいですね パンコール島、パンコールラウトは 週末現地の方たちもバカンスに来られるようで 島で滞在の予約が取れず 一旦ルムットに滞在しました。

まあまあでした。
値段なりのホテルでした。特に期待していなかったためか満足しています。 朝食はローカル的な食事でおいしかったです。

very good hotel with a super friendly and helpful staff. Been staying here everytime I'm in Lumut since my children were small. More than 15 years. Well done.

Hotel was clean but in major need of an upgrade, No safe was disappointing, air-con did not work and pool was closed for maintenance which involved jack hammering starting early Saturday and Sunday mornings. It was close to mini mart and Main Street with a nice small beach out front.

Nice resort but sqeaking bed
Came here couple of years ago but its the first time stayed in. Nice environment. Reception staff friendly. Very spacious and nice from the lobby. The swimming pool makes a beautiful scenery. Room was clean but there's some little ants running around..they should perform some pest-control works. Water heater not working. The mattress was quite old and the bed makes squeaking sound when you sit on it, even when you sleep and turn the squeaking sound is there, not good.

Toilet was not clean. Pillow has bad smell. AC was noisy Room not fresh and needs complete make over.

Dirty , Poor & Non Hygenic Hotel.
Room is very dirty & breakfast is totally unhygenic as a lot of flies & foods not covered properly. Requested for Hair Dryer from receptionist but until next day check out also did not deliver to room. Will never visit this hotel anymore & will viral to social media to let people aware about the poor service & poor condition of this hotel !!

We guessed the staff didnt change the bed sheet as we saw some hairs on the bed. The room floor was not clean, a-bit dusty. Food served for breakfast taste good. However, all glassware and silverware were not clean, quite dirty. We saw ants around the food and some in the food.

Bed is old that i can feel the metal. Furniture dated. Balcony dusty. Guest need to pay to swim, seriously. Breakfast, however, is quite pleasant.

ITS AN OLD HOTEL THAT I USED TO PATRON. THE CONDITION IS JUST GETTING WORST.THE MANAGEMENT HAS NO RESPECT TO THE GUEST BY PROVIDING A THIRD WORLD ROOM CONDITION. THERE WAS A SPIDER ON THE PILLOW TOO. THE TIARA CAFE FLIES ALL OVER(SAME LIKE BEFORE). THE POOL WATER NOT CLEAN.I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT CLOSE IT AND RENOVATE IT. YOU CANT TAKE ADVANTAGE ON THE PEOPLE WHO DESPERATELY NEED A ROOM. I WILL NOT PATRON THIS HOTEL ANYMORE AFTER BEEN LOYAL SINCE 20 OVER YEARS AGO.

It is a resort, however due to aging it looks old and give an unpleasant stay. And staff is just so busy although just a few customer. And lack of drinking water, no where to refill but ask u to buy water from them
