Welcome to Laketown Wharf 801! This spacious 3BR+Bunk room/3BA beach condo has a king in the master with en suite walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub, king in a guest room, and queen in the 2nd guest room, and a twin over twin bunk room. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa. This condo will sleep 10 comfortably. The chef of the group will enjoy an open kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. Nothing says vacation more than starting your day with a delicious breakfast on your large balcony - take in incredible water and city views while sipping on a cup of coffee and start your day off on the right foot. Curl up after a full day on the beach with your favorite movie in the living room. Laketown Wharf is an incredible destination with abundant amenities that appeal to all ages. Snowbird Season runs from November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!

**All guests are required to register their vehicles one to two days before check-in and pay for parking passes and wristbands. The registration fee is based on maximum unit occupancy which amounts to $111.53. The number of passes and wristbands provided also varies, based on unit occupancy. The link to register will be sent to guests before arrival via email titled "Laketown Wharf Guest Registration Link". Please check in at the Laketown Wharf front desk upon arrival to retrieve wristbands and parking passes. Please note, that the fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA. **

Family Trip

The best thing about this stay was Johnathan, the customer service representative! The ice was pink the refrigerator was rusty there was hair in the tub we stayed next to the trash chute and whoa!!
