The property was just what we were looking for - plenty of space for our family of 5, great private beach access, and well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager, Mitch, was also very responsive. We would love to come back.

Fantastic Family Time!

Host was extremely kind and responsive. While this is an older house, it was a great space for two adults, two teens and our dog. We had a wonderful time in this neighborhood. Location is excellent.Just a short walk to a gorgeous beach

Wonderful beach access!

Our family of 4 (teen and big kid) had a great week at this unit. I could walk from the back door to the water's edge in 2 minutes and that's at a middle-aged mom pace. The path to the beach is all private boardwalk, no streets to cross so you can feel safe letting the kids go ahead. Everything was just as described. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, lots of beach toys and chairs. Having 3 king beds and 3 showers was great! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful but there is lots to do within a short drive. I definitely recommend renting bikes as we could bike to many shops and cafes. We spent our time biking, walking the beach, playing in the ocean and going out to eat and it was the perfect area for that. Communication with the property manager was very timely and they offered lots of suggestions for the area. The only thing I would note is that there are a lot of stairs to navigate - stairs within the unit, stairs from the deck to the backyard, and stairs from the boardwalk down to the beach. That was no problem for our family but if you are traveling with someone who needs to consider that, it's good to know.

We loved our stay here during a recent trip to 30A! The property was clean and well appointed for everything you would need for a beach vacation. The proximity to the beach was amazing, and the nearby dune lake was beautiful as well. Communication with the host was fantastic and made preparing for our trip, our stay, and checkout completely stress free. Thanks so much, and we hope to stay here again soon!

Home was very clean and nice. The host was very accommodating and extremely responsive via the VRBO app. Excellent location on 30A and great neighborhood. Beachfront was also great and not crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beach vacation

Location to the beach was great, disappointed there was no hose or shower on the back of the house to wash off sand and salt water before entering house. There was no access to the front outdoor shower from the back beach access. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would have liked to have more restaurants and shops within walking distance but otherwise everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect with just steps down the wooden pathway to a quiet beach location. The house had everything we needed - umbrellas and chairs for the beach, comfortable beds, and fully stocked kitchen. It is located in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood just off of 30A (there is some construction happening but it was not disruptive in any way). Easy dog walking in the neighborhood and the one across 30A, the owners even provide doggie bags for the walks.
