The property was as described in the listing. Property was clean. Property management was prompt to respond for any questions and concerns. The only thing that I find that is less ideal is the proximity to the highway. Highway noise can be heard 24/7. Some of my family members didn’t mind it. But if you’re someone like me who is sensitive to noise, it might be a bit bothersome. But over all our stay was wonderful.

Lovely House. Busy Subdivision.
This home is great. Clean, and modern, with all the household kitchen essentials. The subdivision is quite busy and traffic entering can be terrible. Many guests did not have a pass that they could receive for free at the clubhouse and would be required to call the gate attendant. This created waits up to 20 minutes to enter. Because of this issue, I will not stay in this unit again.

Bit disappointed
Property had several light bulbs out: 3 out of 4 bedrooms, 2 out of 3 bathrooms, stove. Pool alarm had to be adjusted and smoke alarms went off 3 times, once at 1:30 am with no response from management or after hours emergency service. For the cost of the property, there was not enough or void of basic kitchen/bath items such as towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. One of the bedroom door handles also fell off and shower curtain in upstairs bath was dirty. For a luxury rental, these additional amenities would have been appreciated. Although the house itself was very nice and comfortably accommodated our family of 4, I would not recommend the property due to the cost and lack of attention to detail by rental agency.

Nice Property Overall
The house, pool and proximity to our events was very good. The noise coming from the highway and other roads made it difficult to sleep and enjoy the outdoor space fully though.

Great, clean unit!
Overall, this was a very nice and clean unit. I was reluctant to book after reading the previous reviews, but I did book and I did not have any issues and really enjoyed my stay. My husband builds homes and we were impressed with the cleanliness of everything; especially the flooring. The pool and jacuzzi was clean. We stayed a week and would stay here again!!! We did have to call the property manager to get the door code, but we later found out that it’s better to check in at the front desk first to get your door code and amenities’ cards; for the pool and gate access.

Unresponsive management company
Upon arrival to the property we never received our door access code. We had to go across the street to check-in who then had to call Jeeves to get the door access code. We unloaded the vehicle and went to Publix to buy groceries for our week long stay. Returned with the groceries to unload them and make dinner. As soon as we finished unpacking groceries and loading the fridge the power went out. We called to find out what was going on and were told it was an Encore issue that is being resolved. Spent the evening and night with no power in a sweltering hot house. Couldn’t make dinner, worried all night if our groceries we just bought would survive and trying to get 2 five year olds to bed with no power or baths. Couldn’t go outside because the pool doors are alarmed and if we opened it would go off and can’t turn off without power. The pool was suppose to be heated and was ice cold the first day. The remaining days the pool was warm but was short 2 inches in water so the skimmer wasn’t working and the pool was filled with bugs and leaves the next morning and every day after our first day. The master bedroom had dead worms behind the door and the master bathroom had 2 lights out. The other bathroom upstairs had 3 of the 4 lights out and the 4th flickering. We were told the “resolution team” was advised of the issues and would contact us. Today is check out and they never called. The resolution team never resolved the issues. We have yet to receive a call or hear from anybody with Jeeves or the “resolution team.” Very disappointed in the management of this property.

Nice property for families.
Very nice property. Pool and hot tub were great. The only negative was some of the sheets were stained and dirty when we checked in. We called and they came and changed them. Overall a great experience

Three Star property only minutes away from Disney
We were pretty disappointed with this house. I'll break it down into easy to read bullet points.
- Absolutely no early check-in like regular hotels.
- Cable TV's in the living room and loft area didn't work until halfway into our stay.
- Heating and AC unit were broken. First night we were sweating bullets because inside the house was 83 degrees. Then Orlando weather went crazy cold and we were sleeping in a 63-degree house and freezing our buns off. HVAC unit wasn't fixed until halfway through our trip.
- The heated pool was turned on the day we checked-in so the pool temp wasn't swimmable until the second day of our stay.
- All of the towels were not washed. They all have that newly bought cardboard smell from the store. We had to wash them ourselves before use.
- Uber is not allowed through the gate so if you want to take Uber, then you're going to have to walk from the house to the front of the gate.
- One of the property managers mentioned to us that the Finns restaurant at the main clubhouse delivers and the food is great. Wrong! Delivery was fast but the food was way too salty. We asked for extra ranch dressing instead of blue cheese for our wings and we ended up getting blue cheese in one of our wing orders and the other one didn't even come with anything. They did bring us some after we called but the kids already ate most of the wings by the time they arrived. The kids wanted more fries so I've decided to go to the restaurant myself thinking it would be quicker than delivery. Wrong! I waited 20 minutes for an order of fries and there was only one table sitting at the restaurant! The waiter didn't even acknowledge to me that this was slow or at least apologized for the wait. All I got was "Here you go, man." as he was handing me my order. SMH...
They said that they will comp the heated pool charges for our stay. We'll see if they will really honor that when we get our incidental refund.
