Great stay
We had an excellent stay. The only downer was the tv. The remote was erratic & a list if channels instead of Comcasts rolling guide, which took forever, would have been helpful. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Golfer's Motel
For the most part it was a great stay. If you're a golfer, it's a great place to stay. Easy access to the routes to the golf courses and a great breakfast/lunch cafe for early tee times. But if you're there for a quiet getaway during golf season, then this might not be the place for you, because with golfers comes the EARLY morning departures and late evening celebration. Even though it's listed as the Best Western Plus, it is really the SeaBay motel. As a golfer I have stayed there many a time and am familiar with all it's nuances. It is a great motel,,,,outside golf season. A side note, the staff, who by the way were excellent, offered to move us to a different room, but there was no escaping the noise.

Stuff/front desk was friendly. Room Tub dirty. The cafe was ok,but we spent a 100$ on lunch and they didn’t even want to give us paper plates with my food,we ate from boxes! Nice pool. Overall satisfied.

Readjusted expectations
I would have rated my stay excellent, but my balcony locks was broken and when moved to another room, the balcony locks did not work there until maintenance repaired it. So my comfort level could have maintained at 100% if that had not happened. Thank you for your quick response to the matter.

I found a bed bug under mattress I also had a very dust front vent on air conditioning unit got sick in room before I even went to bed and flies biting us in the face all night $433 I should of went to desk and got a refund but I was so sick I could barely stand up

Hello,I'm sorry that one night on a Saturday in August was so expensive. That is always the case when you are booking last minute. There was nothing wrong with the room. We take pest control very seriously and these false accusations are absurd. There is staff at front desk 24 hours a day to handle any issues. Unfortunately, they can't help with buyer's remorse.
