Per what you have noted in this review and in discussion we had, when you checked in at 3:10pm, as per your claim, if you had experienced wet carpet and bad smell as soon you entered the room, you could have immediately reached out to our team member and they would have changed your room immediately. You left the room 10 minutes after checking in and returned back at 7:30pm. At this stage, if once again you had reported an issue with your room, we would have moved you to an equally comfortable room. Instead you only reported this issue at 9am next morning leaving us no option but to assume that when your grand child took a shower the previous night, as you mentioned, she must not have closed the shower curtain properly which flooded the room around the bathroom entry door and you must have only noticed the wet carpet the next morning.
