Didn’t like the resort fee and parking fee so high Just put it into the room

Hilton Hawaiian Village is a great place to stay while in Waikiki. There is everything you might need on the property! The beach was great, and we were fortunate enough to share the beach with sea turtles our entire trip! Royal Hawaiian Village and International Market is just a 15 minute walk from the resort, or a quick bus ride. The only thing I’d improve about this resort is to offer free shuttle to the nearby popular destinations like the Royal Hawaiian Village and International market, and Ala Moana mall.

Great place for families, lots of more affordable high-quality dining options in the "village" area. Overall, we loved our stay and would return!

Every thing was great except for check in process that took forever.

The place is hopping with people and things to do in and around the hotel including the beach area.

We were offered and accepted a room upgrade which was ok. The resort is obviously crowded as we were expecting. Not the most relaxing type of hotel. The only real issue we had was the room we upgraded to is in need of some tlc. The walls néed new paint and carpet replaced. It seemed the room was missing something as there was much empty space. A clock radio would be an easy improvement given the price of the room.
The kids liked the resort but wife and I will stay somewhere else next time

Room was nice, Food was alright at best if not Bad. Parking is absurd after you pay to stay. Elevator controls need refurbishing. Loved the balcony.
