I was first put in room 106 the floor in room and bathroom was covered in dirt and hair. And the water in the bathroom sink ran brown. When I called the front desk the young lady was very rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. I was then placed in room 108 where there were crumbs in the chair the bathroom was covered in hair there was a dead bug on the stove the bed was covered in black chunks that left a spot when they were wiped off the walls were covered in different color spots. The bath clothes seemed to be stained with blood and the room smelled like onions. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room was never cleaned during the stay period .. the breakfast is pitiful (Cold coffee and paper satchets of oats, no milk and only warm water). The reception is never manned so anyone can walk directly into the hotel without a worry and so the security is meaningless.

Tisha did her best, but the property is in bad shape, dirty hallways, broken air conditioners, missing light bulbs, trash in all the hallways. We stayed for multiple nights and the elevator wasn't in operation for the entire stay. Desk Clerk was rarely at the deck, with a "I'll be right back" sign always on the counter. We saw several other people get pretty upset at this inconvenience when trying to check in. This is a 1 or 2 star property; don't pay more than $80/night- anything more and you're not looking hard enough.

I had roaches in my room and went to the front desk they didn’t even block the room off they gave me another room and still had the same issues. It must be normal for bugs because nobody seemed shocked. Or do anything to help calm the situation down

I walked in the room and baby roaches were crawling up the wall. We opened the cabinet to the kitchenette and the door hinge fell off. We looked in the bathroom there was dust on the floor and a spider crawling. We turned around and walked out. The front desk clerk gave me back my money immediately. Beware! Avoid this dump!!
Horrible experience. The lady that checked us in has no business providing customer service. The place was filthy and decrepit. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. The whole place is run down. The safety of the elevator is questionable and filthy, weeds in the parking lot where landscaping should be. The room smelled like an ashtray. The ‘breakfast’ that is included was cold stale coffee and granola bars. It was a very sad and creepy place. It gives the impression of a crack motel. If we weren’t exhausted from our very long drive (checked in at 2am) and had prepaid, we would have turned around and left. There was nothing gods to say about this over priced experience.

Overbooked but horrible front desk service
The hotel was overbooked. I wasnt notified until i walked in to the hotel to check in at 1030 at night. The front desk clerk walked out of her office and just stated, "we are overbooked and your card shouldnt be charged". She then walked back in to the office with me standing at the desk. She didnt even ask me who I was or anything. I ended up using the phone at the desk to talk to her because I wanted to make sure that i wasnt going to be charged.

Hotel is 2 star, old, small room, tiny bathroom, feels like European vacation, relatively clean, decent front desk service, area looks unsafe, unfortunately won’t be returning.

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
House keeping is every two weeks. I asked for new sheets and towels after a week and they made it so I had to convince them to give me clean ones. I literally had to talk him into giving me sheets and towels after being here 11 days. It all falls on the lazy staff. Maybe short staffed but clearly lazy staff. My company won’t be using any of the extended stays again.
