Stay away
Room was dirty and the carpet and the bathroom was dirty. The doors were dirty. Cigarette burns or holes on the covers. The housekeepers need proper training on how to clean.

Great for the price.
I booked a smoking room without realizing it but the front desk lady switched me to a non-smoking room, so that was very nice, definitely appreciated that. She also gave us the choice between 2 rooms since we had a couple of bags to bring in. When I checked out, the gentlemen at the front desk was able to give me change for a $20 so that was very nice. Both employees I spoke to were very kind and courteous.

The room was very dirty; the shower and toilet had strange marks and the main room door was in disrepair. There were roaches, and the non smoking room smelled like cigarettes.

When we first checked in, they gave me a smoking room which I did not request. We went to the room and it stunk so bad plus there were burnt holes in the comforters and it was really dirty. I immediately went to the front desk to request another room, he kindly gave me a non smoking room which was so much better. Overall, the stay was tolerable.

Worst ever
First their phones did not work. It was a very run down hotel. My first room was not properly cleaned hair in the bathtub & mirror in the room was dirty. I went back to front desk & requested another room. I was told there was not another room available according to my booking. I requested housekeeping they were not there so I request another room again and I was granted another room in better cleaning condition but still you can tell this hotel is run down and needs renovations immediately. Will never book again I have a child that goes to school close by. Also there is a sign stating you can not take your breakfast out of the front desk area that only has two tables and 4 chairs. I like to eat my breakfast without a front desk rep watching me so that was another disappointment for me. No coffee maker in the room it was in the breakfast area I didn’t bother to ask if I could take it. Secondly the phones started working and I begin to get calls with no one on the other end around 7am back to back. So disturbing I couldn’t go back to sleep so I just got up, got ready and checked out early at least around 8 am

My boyfriend and I briefly stayed at this hotel for one night. It was decent for the price. The only thing I didn't like was the cigarette burns and stains on the blankets and on the sides of the shower. Not sure why someone decided to use the shower to put out their blunt, but they did, so yeah.

Smoking room was akin to an ashtray
I've stayed in many hotels in my life, good and bad, and have to say this was the harshest smoking room I've ever been in. It was the only room left in the area and I just needed a place to sleep during my trip. The condition of the room, scorch marks from lit cigarettes being placed practically everywhere, and the smell that hit me as soon as I opened the door made it a hard choice to stay. The night watch at the desk was very helpful in finding me a place to park my truck and trailer, and check-in was pretty simple. When I asked about breakfast he looked over my shoulder at the coffee makers and said "we have coffee and bagged muffins". To advertise breakfast included but only serve coffee and honey buns and muffins was another let down. The young lady at the desk when I checked out in the morning was attentive and friendly. My only real complaint about my stay was that the room should be updated and cleaned, even if it's a smoking room it should have a fairly pleasant smell when checking in.

First off the pictures are not accurate. The picture of the motel must have been taken when it was new. The motel room was disgustingly dirty. It was damp, humid and wet. I have pictures and videos to prove it. The tub was peeling and had many black spots like it had never been disinfected or clean at all. It was dusty and to walk I. The carpet was nasty. I had to have my shoes on it felt humid and sticky. Also, breakfast was only muffins or Texas Roadhouse pastry - that’s All! It was an uncomfortable experience. Please do not take your family there at all abs breath in that’s nastiness. It’s for your own good and heath.

Don't pay in advance
Have to put up with the smell of nicotine the whole day. Pay in advance and being told that the smoking room is the only room available upon arrival. What a terrible experience.

I wish, I would have thought to take pictures
We travel a lot for sports. I chose this place trying to save some money and not stay on the beach. This place is literally the worst place I have ever stayed. This was the first time I ever asked for a different room, and the second room was only slightly better. This is the first time rating a hotel also, but other families need to know. It is terrible, the bathtub was literally flaking apart (I can’t even wrap my head around how bad the bathroom was). The walls were dirty. It is literally that bad. I can’t believe I had my family in this dump….

I selected a none smoking room. Unfortunately the room I got smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarette burns on the comforter, toilet, tub, desk chair. The area isn’t really safe. If your a woman and staying alone I wouldn’t recommend it.

My biggest take away from this weekend's stay is That the room was Just Dirty. The bed was broken and by broken I just mean like the whole left side of the bed was just worn in and there was a dent in the bed the picture was off the wall there were Cigarette Burns everywhere the whole blanket had cigarette Burns in it. The tub was completely burnt there was electrical hanging down in the bathroom. It was just overall dirty people behind the counter were very nice gave us new blankets but yet those were also covered in burns. When i booked this hotel i booked it cause it said no smoking and this room was gross. The floor was wet next to the bed the ac didnt work right was blowing out hot air with ac on.

Supposed to be nonsmoking but the room wreaked of smoke. Very run down. Not comfortable at all and 145$ for one night I would have expected a lot more. Stayed at Springhill Dulles and what a difference. And was cheaper too. Econo lodge was serviceable and was close to the concert so it served its purpose

The paint is wearing off
I honestly enjoyed my stay. But unfortunately the room needs to be painted. Just looked slightly run down overall the carpet look clean though. Had nice fresh linen. The housekeeper is nice.

Run away!! This place is a nightmare. Nothing works, only a sheet on the bed. Everything is peeling and old and dirty. Wish I could have saved my points but it was non- refundable. Lesson learned!!

We needed a place to hang our heads for 1 night before reaching our final destination. Took a chance on this one, why it has a 3-star rating is beyond comprehension. Checked in after 9pm, bunch of guys hanging outside the rooms drinking alcohol, loud music. Room was atrocious, 2 cockroaches on the wall soon as we walked in…and many more around the room. We booked a 2-double bed and found a roach crawling on 1 of the beds. The smell was horrible, carpet stained and torn. Shower was all busted and cracked everywhere, didn’t attempt to use it, afraid might cut my foot. The one trash can provided was absolutely disgusting, dirty and sticky stuff all over it. Did not feel safe or comfortable one bit. Went to front desk shortly after checking in to request another room, was told no others available. Went to front desk to request a refund due to such poor, disgusting conditions, he replies “just turn in your key and leave” but there will be no refund. My wife refused to sleep in room, ended up sleeping in vehicle. We kept all our belongings in vehicle afraid roaches would get inside of them. This was by far our worst hotel experience EVER!! Recommend to stay FAR AWAY from this place.
