24h対応の送迎サービスとあったが、迎えには来てくれたものの、朝送ってほしいと伝えると無理だと言われタクシーで向かう事になった。 安いから仕方ないのかもしれないが、最低限の清潔さは欲しかった。掛け布団をめくると髪の毛が10本近く落ちていた。 最後はシステムダウンと言われクレジットのレシートを発行してもらえなかった。 システムが復帰したらメールで送ると言われ、現在待っている所。

I returned back to my room around 11pm and the keys did not work for my room to get in. I went to the front office and there was a sign that said “will return in 15 minutes” I waited over an hour and no one returned. I had to spend a night at another hotel and spend more money. The following morning the owner said I would be refunded for that night stay. It’s been since Dec.26 and I have still not received my refund.

There were poop marks in the toilet, and dirty footprints on the bathroom floor mirrors were smuggled. Problems with the TV setup could only control volume, and channels manually. I did not leave because my flight was at 6 am and the clerk told me he could not refund my money since I booked online. When I picked up my purse to leave a bug was crawling on it.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, drug paraphernalia left in the room alomg with dirty clothes and trash in the drawers. I had to sweep and mop and clean the entire room. It was a horrible experience.

The property was unkempt and dirty. The room was not properly cleaned before I entered the room. The covers had burn marks in the nonsmoking room. There were holes in the wall and the paint/baseboard were peeling. A waste of money as I couldn’t stay in the room.

Ich komme ja einiges in der Welt herum, aber diese Unterkunft ist eine Zumutung. Unfreundlicher ja sogar arroganter Empfang und danach zieht sich das Ganze wie ein roter Faden durch: Schrecklick heruntergekommen, nucht sauber, nicht einmal eine Bettlampe vorhanden und die Lampe in Hauptraum, war defekt .... Sehen Sie sich Fotos an, dann wissen Sie alles. Nein, ich, kann diese Unterkunft (eher hätte ich bei besserer Temperatur im Freien geschlafen), niemandem empfehlen. Vorallem das Foto mit den Chips !!! (Ich schwöre so habe ich es vorgefunden). Soll das geputzt sein ???

The Sheets were Stained, the Door could barely Close the lock was nonexistent. It was a Nonsmoking Room and it smelled like an Ashtray. The Bathtub and Toilet looked like it hadn’t been Washed in Weeks. I requested a Refund and was told to Checkout and go to another Hotel and come back for My Money the next day. To Days later I still did not get to see a Manager which was always unavailable and I am from outta town just visiting My Son who’s in the Navy.

Just Terrible
By far the worst experience in a hotel EVER. Tried to sneak in charges not on the website, tried to charge me EXTRA for a non smoking room. No one around at check in time and management staff very very rude. They were cooking their cultural cuisine in the back so the whole lobby smelled terrible. When I got to the room it smelled like WEED even though it was non smoking. The remote didn’t work unless you stood up next to the tv and pointed it behind the screen. I went to call the front desk you can’t. So I called from an outside line and all you get is a busy signal though there are no phones ringing.

Walked into the room, which had blankets with cigarettes holes and ceiling tile peeling off in the bathroom. Left for a few hours and when I came back, the room smelled like weed because of the people next to me or above me were smoking. No workers on site to complain to. Awful place.

Staff was welcoming and attentive. We booked a non-smoking room. Now typically this isnt a huge deal, but for a non-smoker traveling with my asthmatic daughter, this was something that I had to stand firm on. The first room we got smelled like a wet ashtray. Second non-smoking room we got also smelled. We were on the verge of cancelling and finding another place to stay, but the staff asked us to please try one other room. Thankfully, the room did not have a smoke smell. The decor and setup of the rooms are nice, but not clean! There was "construction" dust all over everything that was not wiped down properly. We found the sheets on the bed were dirty as well. There was, what looked to be, a bloody booger wiped across the fitted sheet around where the pillows lay. Yuk! The entry door was not aligned properly and we had to literally yank it 2-3 times to get it to open everytime! It wouldnt shut all the way unless you slammed it or bumped it with your hip! Needless to say, all of these things trumped the friendly staff and we will not be staying there again.

The hotel key didn't work - the maintenance guy took a knife and then kicked the door opened and said to leave the handle down. I went to the front desk to let management know that I did not feel safe and he said he would send maintenance to fix it. I said maintenance is the one who took his knife to open the door. Was told that was not maintenance but when he came to the room - He had the same guy with him. He said there was nothing wrong that the battery was going dead but I could still open the door. The room looked clean but there were burn holes in the bed covers. I requested a non smoking room. There was sounds of people beating on doors during the night and also there was a car parked out side the room most of the time I was there. Just did not feel safe but made it through the night.

This was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever paid for. The bedding had cigarette burns. There were food labels stuck to the door jamb. The remnants of an incense stick remained sticking out of a lightswitch. Mirrors were splashed with an unknown substance. There were two towels and two washcloths for the four of us andno way to aquire additional towels and washcloths until the next day.

Bang for your buck!
Rooms were clean- area was a little sketch. Hotel didn't have breakfast as advertised but there is an Amazing restaurant across the street! Overall Good for one night!

The room appeared clean for the most part, except there was a musty smell and minor damage and stains to walls in bathroom. The water pressure was also pretty low and made it difficult to use faucet

Disappointed with random few charges to my mom
When My mother-in-law arrived the lobby was closed and she had to speak with the clerk through the night -time window and he informed her that even though I had payed for her room online she had to pay a one time $3.50 fee to get her room key? That doesn’t sound like it’s standard practice or even make any sense to me to try and extort such a small amount of money out of my mother in law whose not got the best social skills in the first place. I feel like he just used it as an opportunity to take a small advantage of an old woman

Clean room. Microwave and refrigerator in the room . Comfortable bed. Updated room . 3 minutes away from the airport. Male, young clerk was friendly . Strong odor to food in the office . Big truck In the parking lot with old stuff and weird people.
