Staff was great. No problems here. Parking was additional but multiple entries still only cost $40/day and lot was never full. Convenient access to the walkway around the bay was nice.

We got the corner room that probably the most close to the airport and highway for this hotel (airport is just there across the highway which is outside our window 5th floor). This is our first time to be there so have no idea the room can be so close to the highway. The staff didn’t mention anything about it when we checked in. If we knew, we would ask room either at the other side of the building or the higher floor. I hope they didn’t assign this room to us because we seems new to this area or we look like foreign people.

The temperature in the room needs to be better. It was a bit cold in the room. I tried turning up the thermostat but I didn't get good results.

Super-close to airport. Walkable to Burger Queens (excellent burgers and fries). Also appreciate the free shuttle.

This is not the property I remember from pre covid days. Sunday breakfast buffet used to be an event. I remember the mimosas they had. Sadly buffet today consists of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, potatoes...on top of that , restaurant was closed at 2:30pm when I arrived, hungry from my flight!!What a disappointment!

I loved the proximity to hwy and airport. Rooms were comfy and clean. I wasnt crazy about the offstreet parking at $45per day. Parked on Ditmar, becareful with alternate side parking. Everynite i found parking at walking distance. Will be back tonthis property!!

Property was clean which is nice. Restaurant on site was slow even in absence of being busy ( open tables and adequate staffing) Air conditioning in the room wasn’t working well and we slept in our underwear with the blankets completely off. They charge you for breakfast as well as 40$/day parking on top of the 230-250/night for any of their basic rooms. For those wishing to stay close to the airport (LGA) but are also going into manhattan, Times Square etc.. you are 25 mins from the closest MTA subway. You will need to walk, take a city bus or Uber to get to a subway that goes into central NYC. All in all we didn’t save any money, ended up with more hassle and outside of the hotel having a free shuttle to LGA..none of it was convenient or cost effective

The actual room was clean and nice but buthroom had no lock on door, no way to keep closed from partner and we also have to pay for WiFi, which is crazy in my opinion

My room was hot and I couldn't adjust the temperature...I could make it warmer, but not cooler. Maintenance came to "fix" it, but didn't and game me a fan instead.
