We can only apologize for the small inconveniences during your stay and would love to address your comments. We recently opened our sky lounge, Hide Rooftop, just a few months ago with great success and is open Mon-Wed 5 PM-11 PM and Thur-Sat 5 PM-12 AM. Our sincere apologies if you felt the waitress did not provide you with exceptional service and will of course investigate this matter to make sure all our staff are equipped with the right tools to provide the best of service. We are an intimate boutique hotel and do not offer on-site parking nor do we advertise this. We apologize if this information was not clearly provided to you. We do work with an outside parking garage that offers our guests a discounted rate for 24-hour parking. The garage is located just 3 short blocks away as you mentioned. We do not have any affiliation with them so do not have the option of valet parking. We do, however, encourage our guests to stop by the front of the hotel first so our concierge can help you with your luggage as well as provide instructions to the garage. We can only apologize once again if you were not completely satisfied with your stay.
