Fantastic stay
Great location, Up in the mountains looking on l out to the sea. If you need a bus into town I was told L1 for 1euro outside the super market. It was just what we needed after a busy your in Spain. Quite, cosy, but stylish. 4 minute drive in onto the beach front for a swim and some good.

Nice holidays in David’s location
David ‘s villa is quiet in the high hills of Nerja. Mid distance from Malaga and Granada. Good location to visit the region. Villa is fully equipped. David is a reactive and nice host.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa au calme de l'agitation de Nerja tout en étant proche des commodités et du centre. La villa est conforme aux descriptions avec tous les équipements pour passer un excellent séjour. Pour ceux qui comme nous souffrent du dos, nous tenons à préciser que la literie est de très bonne qualité, ce qui est rare en locatif. Nous aurons grand plaisir à y retourner lors de nos prochains séjours à Nerja.

Conociendo Nerja
El alojamiento estuvo muy bien, lindas vistas y tenía todo lo necesario para poder disfrutar de la estancia y tranquilidad que queríamos para nuestras vacaciones. La única pega serían algunos bichitos que hay por el jardín que tienen y los 45 escalones que hay que subir para llegar a la villa, por lo demás quedamos muy contentos, es recomendable!

Entspannung in schöner Umgebung
Das Umfeld war sehr schön; es fehlte m.E. aber der Hinweis, dass die Lage für ältere oder behinderte Menschen nicht geeignet ist (49 Stufen !!). Ansonsten gibt es an der Ausstattung und am Comfort nichts auszusetzen. Es tauchten an verschiedenen Tagen zahlreiche Ameisen auf.

Villa Martin
Villa was very well appointed, everything you could need. 2 Sun loungers which was fine for us. Very peaceful area, comfortable lounge & dining area, also outside dining large table. Villa a little dated but totally ok. The steps up to Villa are maybe something to be aware of, I think there are 49 steps! Owner David accommodated us at very short notice, due to being let down! Big thank you. Communal Pool is ok, bit tired never busy! A few Tiles missing & could do with update, steps etc, But you can use it!!

Formidable

Vacaciones tranquilas.
Es una casa acogedora, muy agradable. Está en el pueblo pero apartada del bullicio, lo que te permite estar tranquilo sin ruidos de vecinos, bares, ni nada. Se necesita un coche para casi todo, si no quieres andar mucho, y ser capaz de subir andando una escalera de 46 escalones. Es una casa cuidada y reformada, con todos los accesorios que puedas necesitar para las tareas diarias y cotidianas. Y David, el propietario, un encanto, pese a hablar cada uno un idioma, nos entendimos bien y solventamos perfectamente todo lo relacionado con el viaje y la estancia.

Hemos pasado una maravillosa semana en la casa de David y todo perfecto. Desayunando desde el jardín se tienen unas vistas preciosas del mar. La casa es amplia y está muy bien equipada: menaje, electrodomésticos, Wifi... Como pega solo decir que hay que subir 45 escalones cosa que deberían avisar antes. Si volvemos a Nerja repetiremos.

Merveilleux séjour à recommander
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nerja dans la villa Casa Martin. Nous avons pu échanger facilement avec le propriétaire à l'écoute de nos questions. La maison est très agréable, très propre. Elle comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer un merveilleux séjour au soleil. La cuisine et séjour sont confortables et bien équipés, télévision française, anglaise, espagnole, allemande. Les chambres sont confortables avec des ventilateurs de plafond très bien, deux salles de bain très bien. Air conditionné dans le salon si besoin. Belle vue mer de la terrasse, un vrai plaisir de prendre les repas face à la mer dans un bel environnement fleuri. Piscine communautaire super à 5 minutes à pied de la villa. Supermarché Supersol tout à côté très bien. La petite ville de Nerja est très belle avec son centre piétonnier, super pour se balader ou faire du shopping ou prendre un verre à la terrasse d'un café. La villa est très bien située à 1km500 des belles plages de Nerja, mais aussi pour faire des excursions à l'Alhambra ou El Torcal à 1h de route, belles routes facile d'accès ou Frigiliana tout à côté. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous espérons revenir.

Fantastic villa with a view
Vi hade en underbar semester och stannade i 5 veckor i detta fantastiska hus. Alla bekvämligheter på plats. en härlig uteplats med en utsikt som slår det mesta. Inget för personer som har svårt att gå eftersom det är mycket backigt och många trappsteg. För oss passade det utmärkt, nära till två Padelanläggningar, nära till stan och nära till Burrianastranden. Tack David och Pat We had a wonderful holiday and stayed for 5 weeks in this amazing house. All amenities we asked for. a lovely patio with a view that strikes most. Nothing for people who have difficulty walking because it is very hilly and many steps. For us, it was excellent, close to two Padel facilities, close to town and close to the Burrian beach. A very nice villa
We had a lovely holiday at Villa Martin. It was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfy, WiFi was good and tv had plenty of channels. The garden gets the sun all day and the terrace was great for outside dining and enjoying the view. The pool was good too. 5 minutes walk to the Sports bar for an excellent breakfast. It’s a 20 minute walk into town but plenty of taxis for the return. I would definitely recommend this villa as it was in a nice quiet area.

Lovely place
We spent our holiday in April 2019 with our three kids. We enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is well appointed with a nice view on the see. It is located in the hills, not far away from a supermarket. We went by car to the beach or to Nerja town where you can find very nice shops and restaurants. We can recommend a stay there and we will certainly come again :-)
