ナガルコット中心から外れており、途中から道路は最悪。 夕日が有名なナガルコットですが、ホテルから夕陽は見れません。 わざわざあの悪路を通って来るほどではない。

However, I want to assure you that road condition will be better soon. Sun rise view from every room having a private balcony is amazing as well as unobstructed view of beautiful Himalayan ranges. 建物は新しく、スタッフも若々しく、とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、場所が分かりにくく、到着するのに余計な時間が掛かったのが残念です。グーグルのマップも違った場所を指しますので、改善を求めます。

すばらしい景色　Wonderful scenery
新しいホテルだったので、タクシー運転手が道に迷い、到着に手間取った。 早朝、エベレストやヒマラヤ山脈に昇る日の出を見ることができ感動した。 これこそプライスレス。あるいは100万ドルの眺めだった。 Because it was a new hotel, the taxi driver got lost and took time to arrive. Early in the morning, I was touched to see the sunrise rising to Everest and the Himalayas This was priceless. Or, it was a million dollar view.

Amazing location,overlooking east to get the beautiful sunrise. Sadly too much smoke during my stay,didn't get to see the peak of himalsyas.Very friendly staff,delicious food and comfy and spacious room.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Lovely decor throughout. Lots of seating areas. Could do with a couple of patio heaters at this time of year for late afternoons or early dinners. Rooms with the large balconies are wonderful and you can sit and watch the sun rise over the mountains with your coffee. Ideally free tea and coffee could be provided in the mornings for sunrise time on the terrace. They offered it late afternoon when it was quiet instead. Good amenities - table tennis, basketball and a net for tennis or volleyball. There is a pool which is very cold at this time of year. The hot tub had lots of potential but was luke warm, busy and no proper changing room, just a bathroom. No robes provided to access by changing in your bedroom. Great buffet on Saturday night and at breakfast.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Die Aussicht ist, sofern es der Nebel oder die Wolken zulassen, phänomenal. Man kann schön spazieren gehen. Aber mehr als zwei Nächte sind nicht zu empfehlen. Wer Probleme mit der Bandscheibe hat, wird bei den abenteuerlichen Strassenverhältnissen Richtung Hotel keinen Spaß haben. Die Fotos die man vom Hotel online sieht, spiegelt nicht das wieder was man vor Ort zu sehen bekommt. Das Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es fanden aber zumindest Umbauarbeiten statt während wir dort waren. Aber darüber wurde man vorher natürlich nicht informiert. Da half es auch nicht das wir eine Suite erhalten haben. Die Bauarbeiten hat man trotzdem gehört. Wer Ruhe sucht und sich entspannen möchte, wird hier enttäuscht. Vor allem wenn der Pool direkt vorm eigenen Balkon ist. Da war schon morgens um 8 feiern angesagt. Wir haben zwar ein neues Zimmer erhalten nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben, aber da war auch nichts mit Ruhe, da sich direkt daneben immer das Personal aufgehalten hatte. Große Erwartungen hatten wir beim Spa. Bei so einem großen Hotel hatten wir uns auf ein schönes Ambiente gefreut. Stattdessen hat es sich im wahrsten Sinne um einen Bunker gehandelt. Sowas als Spa zu bezeichnen ist frech. Worte können das nicht wiedergeben was man dort zu sehen bekommen hat, vom Gestank ganz zu schweigen. Wir hatten vier Nächte gebucht. Da wir aber in Summe enttäuscht waren, haben wir den Aufenthalt vor Ort gekürzt. Wenigstens ging das problemlos.

Ok, so this is the first time I have ever reviewed a property in my life, and it is because I just have to give respect when it is due. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in some of the best hotels there is to offer, but if I am thinking just dollar for dollar, then this might be the best hotel I have ever been to. I mean I barely paid over a hundred dollars a night, and it is one of the most peaceful and scenic places I have ever been. The staff is incredible, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets are next level. Having morning coffee looking out over the snow capped Himalayas is as good as it gets. Also, the infinity pool and hot tub are just incredible when taking in the high altitude Nepali sun. I come to Nepal about once a year, and now this hotel will be a staple of every trip. Make sure to book the room w the larger balcony, as it is worth the few extra bucks. 11 out of 10. A

O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura. Fica em uma região montanhosa linda. Nos dias que estive hospedada, teve muita neblina e nao consegui observar a cadeia montanhosa (mas isso não é culpa do hotel). Achei que o hotel não oferece muitas possibilidades de lazer aos clientes. Então, não tem muito o que fazer no hotel. Não recomenfo e não iria novamente. O hotel não oferece uma experiência ao cliente. É apenas uma hospedagem. Pelo custo da diária, não compensa. Custo x benefício ruim. O hotel deveria organizar passeios guiados em horarios especificos do dia para seus hospedes. A bike é paga. A aula de yoga é paga. A massagem tambem paga, achei apenas ok. Já fiz outras massagens bem melhores. Mas o pior desse hotel é o café da manhã: horrível. No ultimo dia nem tomamos café da manhã. Pedi um chocolate quente no café da manhã e me diserram que só estava incluído no café da manhã: chá, leite e café. O chocolate eu tive que pagar. Merece meu elogio o funcionário Barak. Acho que ele é o gerente da gestão de pessoas. Excelente atendimento.

Great views great room. I liked the open air concept for getting about the hotel but made for very cold walk to get to restaurant, coffee. One is isolated from stores, etc but prices at resort are reasonable and good food. Tricky to navigate getting around the resort due to lots of stairs up and down. Overall a nice resort would recommend

My room is spacious and clean, facing the mountains so i dont need to go elsewhere to see sunrise. The only minor issue is lack of elevators so its not suggested to have bulky luggage

Amazing view from the hotel, even though when you first walk into the reception area. Even better when we got an room upgrade to a room with a big patio. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also amazing with plenty of choices and selections. We had a good dinner too and they were reasonably priced. If you are looking for a place to relax, and staying away from the buzzing Kathmandu.... this is the place to be.

This is a great place! + Great rooms, staff and probably the best food we have had in Nepal. - beer like most hotels is pricey & there were a few noises lady guests that shattered he peace bit. If ever in Katmandu then this place is worth the bumpy road journey for a great night!

Best location to view himalayan range
The best part of staying in this hotel is the location as you can view the majestic himalayan range. But a small flaw in this hotel is that the staffs, as some of them are a little rude or not friendly I would say. But the himalayan range pushes all the negative factors down and ensure you are mesmerised with it.

Airport pick-up was great and a weight off my mind, check-in easy, room was fabulous with spacious balcony and huge windows, very comfortable bed, great shower and t&C facilities too. Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was plentiful. Lunch and dinner menus were full enough, and the food was very nice. Gardens/terrace were very nice with lovely views. The pool was stunning. Staff were very helpful and graceful.

Greetings from Hotel Mystic Mountain. This 4 star hotel is nestled in a mountain side 2,100 meters high. Part of the Himalayan chain, this beautiful location is 2+ hours from Kathmandu, Nepal. The ride by taxi will get your heart pounding as you travel up the mountain on difficult terrain. The trip is worth it if you are an adventurous soul. Hikers love this area. As the clouds roll in at night, one is blanketed in mist. You get a sense of just how vast and majestic God’s creation is. When traveling in Nepal, this location is an absolute must to visit. It’s a beautiful place.

Amazing stay with relaxing views & great staff!!
All i want is to relax, rejuvenate, recharge and spend Me time alone when i planned my trip to Nagarkot - Nepal. When choosing a hotel, i always consider peoples review. But i never imagine staff of this hotel will go extra miles just to make their guest very happy and satisfied. Kudos to all the staff who are very nice, helpful, jolly, friendly and accommodating especially to Moona and Bijay who became my instant friends.You made my birthday extra special for doing something beyond your duties. Thank you guys for everything and the memories. In general its exceeded my expectation, from the upgraded big room, comfy bed, huge balconies, awesome views of Himalayan mountains, food, facility and most of all the friendly staff. Hope to visit you again some day.
