This was the BEST experience ever.. host was ALWAYS accessible and went over and above the one time I needed them ( only for tv info) but great place and we are definitely coming back probably in the next few weeks.. thank you Steven and Mary .. see you soon

My husband and I stayed at this condo for the perfect relaxing getaway. It was beautiful with amazing views!! The condo was very clean and well maintained and exactly as described and pictured. Check-in was very smooth and very convenient and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed during our stay. Mary was a phenomenal host. Communication was excellent and she was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!!!

Joanne was a great host!! The property offers everything you need , hot tubs, pools, lazy rivers, great beach front with soft sand, tiki bar, and on site food! The Conso was clean. spacious, and well decorated! We cant wait to come back to and visit Joannes beach condo!

Beautiful all around!

The condo was exactly as described and pictured - beautiful with amazing views! Communication with owners was phenomenal and very helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a quick stop

This was a last minute add on to our vacation. I was glad to find a nice place with a great location less than 2 weeks before Memorial Day. Worked perfectly for us. The breakfast place next door was a nice and reasonably priced place to eat also.

Another great vacation

The unit was very clean and well stocked, looked just like the pictures. We have always enjoyed staying at Seawatch (14 years) and this year was no exception. Joanne was very responsive-would definitely recommend this unit!

Absolutely Amazing!

Joanne and Steven were the best hosts we have experienced. The property was exactly what they described and then some! They truly thought of everything, and the view of the ocean is unreal! We will certainly return!

VRBO Seawatch Stay

Excellent accommodations. However, it would be nice to have more than 4 towels and washcloths for a week's stay. Also, trash bags are so cheap they come apart every time you pull them out of can. thankfully I brought my own bags. Also, the hand soap and dish soap were barely full. They didn't replace they left what was available from the last stay without back up bottles. I had to go and buy in order to have for the whole week. I would be interested in staying again but it would be much nicer if the bedroom wasn't the first room you enter especially when you come back from the beach. You also get ALL of the outside noise when sleeping.

Fabulous Quick Getaway To Relax and Spend Quality Time

My husband and I was in need for quality time and this was the perfect place to do it. We had a fabulous time and will definitely stay again. I highly recommend this to anyone who what to have a good time with that special person. Loved it.

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the nearby attractions. Overall, it was a perfect weekend getaway! Highly recommend!

Great place for a short stay

The unit was incredibly clean and well-appointed with quality furnishings. The property is off the main road but very close to all the places you may need to go. The only complaint which kept it from getting 5 stars was the near constant smell of weed when on the balcony... even though all the balconies are posted with no smoking signs.

Anniversary trip

We had a blast! Condo was clean, cute and excellent condition! Very comfy space to spend a few days without kids. Resort was pretty quiet (aside from construction by pool). Owner was very easy to work with!! Best experience with a vacation rental in a while! Highly recommend!! Will definitely rent from this owner again!

Cute, cozy and clean!

Loved everything about this condo! It was perfect for us! The bed is super comfortable. It was a nice touch to have soaps, shampoo, coffee, trash bags provided. Also nice is the ice machine right outside the door. Elevators are very close too. I highly recommend this condo for couples.
