Unit was exactly as listed. Building was quiet and safe feeling. Elevators were frustrating at times. Nothing that would keep me from booking this again. Excellent view of the beach.

When we first arrived we got the wrong room, got the right room and the room was not the cleanest stuff all over the floor and behind the bed , bed sheets dirty, there were ants, saw a bug in the kitchen looked like a roach, stove didn’t work kept turning off. Hardly any thing to cook on there. There was no supplies left for us other then 1 garbage bag already in use 2 towels 2 wash clothes for 4 people. No dish soap paper towels. Mold in bathroom. The staff at the palace were very rude. If you use the beach access at night you get locked out without being notified says you can call security but no one answers.
