Outside music other than on the existing Alexa enabled smart speakers is not permitted.

Quiet hours are enforced between 10PM and 9AM, but excessive extended noise is not permitted at any time. Violation of Noise policy will result in being asked to leave the property.

Please do not leave food outside or trash bags with organic material outside on deck or in yard. We have diverse wildlife in the area. While dangerous human/animal interaction is virtually unheard in this area, we do have nuisance animals in the forest including racoons, coyotes and bears that can make a mess of trash bags. Place garbage bags (bagged garbage only) in the locking can by the road.
