La climatización no funcionó , y la habitación no tenía ventanas. Por lo demás muy bueno, servicio bueno y céntrico.

GOOD LOCATION

Host was nice and location was excellent. Communication with host was a bit difficult since no emails were sent with check in instructions. Host was in the premises upon check in but we felt a bit hesitant. Room was ok but no windows in the room and noisey since kitchen n common area was just outside of the room.

esperienza senza alcuna ombra di dubbio positiva.

esperienza senza alcuna ombra di dubbio molto positiva, il B&B è perfetto per soggiornare a Pompei, centralissimo, a pochi passi dal Santuario della Beata Vergine del Rosario, con pochi passi in più si arriva comodamente agli scavi archeologici; la conduzuone è familiare, con i proprietari gentilissimi ed attenti, il piccolo bassotto poi è dolcissimo e simpaticissimo, in sintesi: questo B&B lo consiglio vivamente. Pancrazio.

Posizione perfetta

Ottima posizione per la visita agli scavi di pompei. Adeguato ad un breve soggiorno. I propietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Bodde en natt när vi besökte pompei. Läget är bra och ägarna trevliga. Spartanskt och mycket enkelt. Bra läge. Möjlighet att parkera bil. Rent.

Un piacevole mini soggiorno nel centro di Pompei

Posto piacevole e pulito ma le sorprese ci sono sempre, il parcheggio privato e a pagamento anche se non specificato sul sito. Per il resto tutto bene, la nostra camera quadrupla era senza finestra (a me non ha dato fastidio) E situato al centro quindi agli scavi si può andare a piedi

Heureusement juste 1 nuit!!

Climatisation non fonctionnelle et pas de fenêtre pour avoir un peu d'air. Le café servi au déjeuner est du Nescafé instantané (en Italie!?!).

Ottimo come base per la visita degli scavi

L’esercizio si trova a pochi metri dal santuario ed a 5 minuti a piedi dagli scavi archeologici. Il proprietario, un bassotto di nome Leopoldo, ed i suoi assistenti, due umani, sono simpatici e disponibili. Le camere si trovano al piano semi-interrato di una casetta situata sulla strada centrale di Pompei. La camera che ci hanno assegnato era priva di finestre, ma è perfino un vantaggio perché è silenziosissima anche se si trova a pochi metri dal santuario. La climatizzazione è perfetta e c’è la possibilità di lasciare la macchina all’ombra per poi raggiungere a piedi l’area degli scavi archeologici. Non è certo un posto dove passare una settimana di vacanza, ma per arrivare di sera, dormire tranquilli, visitare gli scavi e ripartire è perfetto.

Super!

Ett toppen ställe med mycket bra läge för ynka två nätter i den lilla staden Pompeji. När vi checkade in ganska sent på kvällen tog en man och hans glada tax emot oss, kan inte bli mysigare! Sen fick vi en utomordentlig karta till staden, ruinerna och närliggande stationer etc av honom. Supertrevlig personal och taxen är inte bara deras logga utan står för en hel del utsmyckning i taxstil. Wifi:n var lite skakig.

We hadden de ruime kamer. Prima plek om te overnachten in pompei. Privé parkeren achter een hek. Kamer wel gehorig met de buren maar we hadden er weinig last van.

halte sympathique

très bien pour une nuit. Pour plus longtemps, il ne faut pas souffrir comme moi de claustrophobie car il n'y a pas de fenêtre indépendante dans la chambre. Le jour s'infiltre par la salle commune à deux chambres, donc la nuit, tout est clos et on peut avoir une impression d'étouffement. Sinon les hôtes sont charmants , y compris Léopoldo, le basset de la maison.

Friendly hosts but noisy neighbourhood!

Our room was big with access to the padio, which was nice as we often brought dinners to eat there. The hosts at Il Bassotto were kind and helpful. The croissant for breakfast was still warm from the oven! The downside, if you are a light sleeper, was the noise from within the B & B (the walls are very very thin and you can hear every conversation next door and the tv sounds like it is right next to you) and the noise from the street! There was generally sounds of partying in the neighbourhood till 1 or 2 in the morning most nights. I had a very difficult time sleeping at this B & B. My son slept soundly as noise doesn't bother him.

Good place for Saving visit

Free parking in the safe garden. Close to Pompei Scavi. Friendly owner. The negative is the hotel is a little bit hard to find when u take the car Warmly recommended

Memorable Travel Stop!

These are the kind of hotels that make lasting memories.. What's not to love about a hotel named and decorated for it's owners' basset hound?! Charming place run by charming people who speak little (but enough) English, anticipate your arrival and have the room set, remember your choice of croissant filling the second breakfast there.. Sure, some would prefer this room have a direct windows to the outside.. Some would want more choices and more food at breakfast.. Could have better water pressure in the shower (but the exhaust fan worked great!) But we had a wonderful time, chatted with other guests in the very lovely garden breakfast room. Secured parking was free, internet connection too--and it was strong..breakfast included.. Only 5 minute walk to the east gate to the Pompeii sites---don't miss that experience!--and right in the middle of the town, away from hawking tourist stops. Best stop on our trip.. Drove the Amalfi coast in a 2nd memorable day, and returned back here easily. Delightful! And a great value!

Very central location, close to Pompeii entrance

Nice three room B&B run by a jovial lady. Convenient parking in their little plaza behind locked gates. Just about a 5 minute walk to the entrance of Pompeii while walking past the beautiful cathedral. The rooms are simple with pretty hard beds, but effective, with a small fridge and a complete bathroom. Warm chocolate croissants with great coffee and fresh lemonade for breakfast.

nettes B&B in sehr zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Zwei der drei Zimmer des B&B sind jedoch innenliegend, d.h. ohne Fenster. Gutes italienisches Frühstück und sehr nette Gastgeber.

BB idéalement situé pour visiter Pompei. Délicieux jus de citron au petit déjeuner. A savoir : Les chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre. On y accède par la grande salle commune du petit déjeuner. Pas de bruit extérieur (BB situé à l'arrière du batiment), mais mauvaise insonorisation entre 2 des chambres. Il y a seulement trois chambres : si vous rentrez tôt, vous disposez peut-etre seuls de la grande salle commune du petit dej, qui elle est très lumineuse. Bonne literie.

great location

Great location as it's easy to walk to the ruins. We stayed at an hotel across the road though - not at the b & b... We still could park our car in the secure spot at the b&b. Friendly hotel personnel.

Great location and friendly owners

This B&B is located one block from the central plaza. It's only a 10 minute walk to the entrance to the ruins. The owners were very helpful. When our laptop would not work with their WiFi, they allowed us to use their personal computer. Parking is inside their property behind a closed gate. We parked our car under a tree. The bottom limb scraped the paint on the roof of our car. I recommend cutting the bottom limb.
