Buen hotel, el restaurante ofrece excelente comida, las habitaciones están limpias y el personal es amable. Tomen en cuenta que hay mucho ruido en la noche por estar en el centro de la ciudad.

Beautiful, clean, safe, and cozy hotel. Our room had a small bathroom but great water pressure. We felt very safe.

El lugar es muy bonito, los cuartos espaciosos y lindos, todo muy limpio y buen servicio, pero los cuartos tienen demasiada luz, las cortinas no bloquean en absoluto el paso de la luz y la puerta tiene una ventana que permite el paso de la luz del pasillo hacia la habitación, es difícil dormir con tanta luz

Good location for exploring the city. Truly excellent restaurant. Bad for parking. No place to pull in for check-in and the street of the hotel is very busy. Room at front of hotel had a lot of street noise. Poor insulation between rooms.

Great choice for Morelia!
Lovely stay, with great staff. Very central location. If I had to suggest any room for improvement, it would be more outlets in the room. We could only find one in the room (which was being used by a lamp), or one in the bathroom. We had a rental car and the road was blocked at the front of the hotel, which made it a little challenging navigating check-in/check-out, but the staff were very helpful. Parking is not at the hotel, which they do note in the description.

Muy lindo lugar, con personal bastante amable. Acceso a prácticamente todo lo importante en el centro histórico. El balcón tiene una preciosa vista. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Para los que no están acostumbrados al ruido nocturno, solo advertirles que está ubicado en una de las principales avenidas —o la principal avenida en el centro histórico de Morelia—. Pero hospedarse aquí es muy conveniente porque se puede recorrer el centro por la noche, y es muy seguro el lugar.

Las habitaciones del hotel son excelentes, al igual que la comida del restaurante. Lo único malo es el ruido de la calle que se alcanza a oir todo el día desde las habitaciones.

Me quitaron mi reserva para dársela al FICM
Me quitaron mi reservación inicial y me la cambiaron deliberadamente a una fecha en la que yo no asistiría a Morelia, todo para obligarme a pagar por anticipado (cosa que nunca estuvo estipulado) al mi reservación original ser las fechas del Festival de Cine de Morelia, no sé si ilegales pero por lo menos sí incurrieron en prácticas poco éticas.

Such a Beautiful Hotel
the hotel is beautiful, with nice touches. very clean, excellent ubication close to everything. the staff very helpful and friendly. the only thing is the noise from outside if you stay in the room next to the main street. but, it has a beautiful Balcony.

Our experience was terrible in the Hotel. The cleaning was bad up to the point that we encounter cockroaches in the room and in the last nigh a scorpion appeard climing the wall by our soons bed. Couldnt feel at ease at the hotel. The worst thing is that the manager promised a full refund for what had happend and up to now we have not received anythind (they doesn´t even answer our mails). I strongly do not recomend this hotel.

NOISE, NOISE, NOISE. Nightclub next to property kept us awake with window-rattling music til 3 a.m. despite earplugs. Sleeping area in our split-level room (No. 214) was accessible only by dangerously narrow spiral staircase, which we struggled to haul our luggage up and down. Moved to Room 208, which was one level but still faced main street. Bearable thanks to trusty earplugs. Expedia listing noted concierge and laundry service, but staff was mostly no help in assisting us in finding local attractions and there was no laundry service, which we had counted on (get it together, Expedia!), and front desk had no idea how we could get our clothes cleaned. MAJOR fail. Positives: Great location and they did valet our car for us to the free parking a few blocks away. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

No hay estacionamiento, no son nada amables, no te atudan ni con el equipaje ni nada, hay que subir cargando todo uno solo ellos no te ayudan con nada. La atencion fue pesima y despota de los recepcionistas tanto de dia como de noche. Solo la comodidad de la cama, por que el cuarto representó un peligro para mi niño.
