We stayed three nights. The room was fabulous, and the staff at the front desk very helpful in suggestions for how to spend our days. The breakfast was very generous and David makes a lovely cappuccino.

Fantastic summer holiday
The hotel is a traditional one and has been maintained to a great standard . Great care in retaining old architecture and to a very high standard. Service was really good and helpful with places to see and restaurants to visit.

You will not want to leave.
We were staying at the hotel as we fitted out our new apartment. After 7 days at the Francia e Quirinale, my wife and I did not want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant public rooms and updated but still elegant rooms. All amenities were spotless. The staff were always friendly, greeting us with smiles and offers of service. The dining room service was impeccable. And the barman, Roberto, treats everyone like family. The special attention and extra mile of service never needs to be requested, it's always spontaneous.

Receptionist on our arrival and last night of our stay, was excellent, and so was the night manager, both friendly and helpful. The young lady in the restaurant, for breakfast, and lunch, was very pleasant and helpful, she always went out of her way to help us. If I was to come back to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and very much enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast is excellent and I will miss the delicious olive oil lemon cake. Everything is perfect except they could improve their wifi service.

Overall a good experience. Hotel located on a nice quiet street, 10 mnt walk to shops and restaurants. Hotel itself is old, but renovated and clean. Not a high end 4 star, but decent. Accommodating staff. Bathroom was super small. Good breakfast with plenty of options

Great hotel in a great location.
I booked a deluxe room which was perfect! The shower was huge. Very comfortable bed. The air conditioning was very efficient and quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choice.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, was uns vorher aber schon bekannt war. Die Sauberkeit ist top und auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Für 4 Euro pro Tag kann man das Auto im Ort in der blauen Zone abstellen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und perfekt für einen Relaxtag. Der Aufenthalt war bis auf den Lärm vom Nachbarhotel in der Früh perfekt.

Hotellet blev booket last-minute for en enkelt nat. Vi bestilte aftensmad på hotellets restaurant som roomservice. Maden var virkelig lækker. Pæne og rene værelser.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zentrale Lage. Leider nur Parkplätze in den umliegenden Strassen. Daher Glücksache ob und wie weit man entfernt von Hotel parken kann.

Behaglig vistelse i Montecatini-Terme
Valde hotellet för en långweekend i Montecatini-Terme. Vi kan inte ha valt ett bättre hotell, dels fick vi ett mycket bra bemötande av all personal, både i reception, restaurang och städ och dels ligger hotellet nära termalanläggningarna och har bra kommunikationer med många intressanta orter i Toscana. Hotellet är ett gammaldags badhotell med högt i tak med mycket charm och mycket välskött. Bekväma sängar och bra frukost. Skulle utan tvekan välja detta hotell vid en ny vistelse i Montecatini-Terme.

The Grand Hotel F & Q is very convenient to the central area. A very easy walk. The property itself is very much loved & cared for. The staff is wonderful. Our Gate 1 Coordinator is very knowledgeable with a warm personality. Looking forward to a great trip.
