The walk to the water has been made easier by the owner with steps down to the lake, and the deepwater boat dock is complete with a slide and space to tie up your boat. Water amenities include two kayaks, a stand-up paddleboard, a canoe, and life jackets for family fun on the water. A fantastic outdoor entertaining area consisting of a deck and patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying those warm summer nights. Enjoy a game of pool or foosball in the game room. Each bedroom has a TV. In addition, there is also a flatscreen TV in each of the two common areas as well as surround sound. The living room has been updated with a brand new sofa and TV . The kitchen has been completely reorganized and fully stocked with plenty of new utensils and cookware. There is also a new standing desk with wheels enabling remote work with a view.
