Suggest to Request for room nearest to elevator
Very convenient for business traveler who flys in late or early. Connected to the terminal so it’s simply convenient. I highly recommend you to ask for a room near the elevator otherwise you might get a room which can take 10min to reach from the lobby, like me…

ターミナル1からすぐなので、便利です。ホテルは古いけど、帰国便に搭乗が楽だし、朝食は空港のラウンジで食べるから、朝食無しにしました。

マルペンサ空港に隣接している唯一のホテルです。その割に価格もリーズナブル。ただ部屋などはシェラトンをイメージすると少し失望するかもしれません。普通です。また日本に帰国する際に必要なＰＣＲ検査はホテルから1分の場所にあります

This hotel is serviceable if you need to catch an early morning flight out of Malpensa. They put us in a recently completed room. It was extremely spartan, there was one bath towel for two people, the TV did not show streaming channels despite that they are shown as buttons on the remote control. We are both lunch and dinner there (lunchn in the bar and dinner in the restaurant). The food was very disappointing in both cases. We’d stay there again if we had to, but for the price there is very little value here. I’d recommend walking over to the airport to eat. Also, if you have mobility issues, the walk between check in and the rooms is a very long hike. The staff were very nice.

Amazing hotel at the airport. I arrived at midnight so it was very good to straight away check in at the hotel across the road from the arrival terminal and settle for the rest of the night in order to sleep well and be fresh and ready for the days ahead in Milan. Amazing bed, bathroom and staff. Loved it

Convenient is not the word if you are flying out of the terminal where the Sheraton is located. You walk out of the hotel into the Airport. A great room with a thermostat that actually worked and could be controlled by the occupant and not the desk. Highly recommend this property!!!

Hotel was excellent, but my room air conditioner was not working and room temp was 26 C, no action taken despite complaint at reception. No efforts shown to resolve. Even they agree to sent maintenance guy to check who didn't turnaround.
