The worst experience in Italy
ホテルは最悪です。 このホテルを利用する1番のメリットは空港から近く、無料のシャトルバスがあること。 でも実際には希望時間に乗れないことが多く、意味がありません。 スタッフは英語を喋るお客さんへの嫌悪感がすごく、不親切の極みです。 絶対利用しない方がいいと思います。

無料シャトルサービスが便利
夜着の早朝発ということで選びました。空港近くのトランジットホテルは周りに何も無いところが多い中、リストランテが併設されているので夕食には困りませんでした。しかもピザやパスタは６～９ユーロが中心で美味しかったです。ただ送迎時に空港から電話をしなければならないので、携帯がないと壊れた公衆電話と格闘しなければなりません。部屋はいたって普通だと思います。

空港　近くに駅まで送迎をしてくれる 電話をすると　すぐ迎えに来てくれる 朝は　時間が決まっているようだ 朝食もこの値段で　満足 オフシーズンだからか　部屋が空いていて　３つもベッドがあった　 ランプが壊れている　Wifiがつながりにくい　 日本の電源プラグがさせる レストランのピザがおいしい

Hotel spartano comodo per Malpensa. Camera non riscaldata, letto con solo un lenzuolo e copriletto, nessun panno nella stanza. Tutto bene se è una giornata calda, male se fuori ci son 7 gradi e nella stanza 17. Dormito al freddo tutta notte. Mea culpa aver fatto check-in a mezzanotte passata, senza personale presente. Mi avevano dato un numero da chiamare per emergenze, ma ho evitato visto l’orario.

The hotel is on a busy road and there is noise from cars and especially motorcycles. The rooms are a bit dated. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Estuvimos una noche. Todo muy bien.. nos recogieron en el aeropuerto, a pesar que nuestro tren se demoró y nos volvieron a llevar al día siguiente a tomar el vuelo. Las camas bien, la habitación también.. el personal lo más destacable, muy amables!!! El Desayuno completo!!!

The front desk concierge was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable enough. And it was very close to the airport. If you’ve rented a car and have an early flight, be sure to carry enough euros to fill the tank, because there are no nearby gas stations that accept cards in the early early morning. The hotel made life convenient on our last night in Italy.

Practical hotel for crushing for a night
Cosy little hotel. The whole hotel looks like it has started with a restaurant and then upstairs became hotel rooms. Thus, the hotel room we stayed (2 adults and 2 children) is so little, almost no place to turn around. Old and need renovation (you have to lock the door with the key otherwise it will vender open). Reception staff are always smiling but having problems with understanding English. Bathroom and beds are clean, nice warm water at the shower. Breakfast was simple but good quality, especially the espresso (top quality of the coffee beans). Free transfer back and forth to the airport within 10 min. A practical hotel for just crushing for a night.

The hotel is wonderful! The restaurant downstairs serves excellent Italian cuisine! I would highly recommend to anyone traveling around Lombardy. Very close to the Train station and Milan Malpensa Airport. Plus the shuttle service is reliable and quick. Overall, a warm and friendly atmosphere at Hotel Sempione.

Staff was friendly and efficient and helpful in arranging airport shuttle for us. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. Didn’t see the are too much as it was dark when we arrived and left.

Quick Overnight Near Airport
My family of 5 enjoyed a quick overnight near Malpensa Airport. Would stay again. Friendly staff, fantastic experience in restaurant for dinner, and nice breakfast choices. Also enjoyed a stroll through the backstreets behind the hotel towards the village church.

Airport shuttle service was really convenient. The bedding sheet was super clean and the staff was smart enough to change our room because we had two large bags to carry to go to the second floor without an elevator. Just small things gave us a comfortable trip. Thank you.

Nice inexpensive hotel close to airport, much less expensive than chain hotels. We arrived later than we told the hotel, and we needed a shuttle earlier than their usual 5am. They accommodated both of these efficiently and graciously.

Love this boutique hotel!
Excellent boutique hotel. Free shuttle to the airport is very appreciated. Great service and terrific restaurant. Highly recommend the aglio olio pasta; it is the best we’ve ever had; pizzas are very good, too.

Room was quite and clean. the staff were polite and helpful and the Restaurant served absolutely excellent food!!! the shuttle to the airport was great, highly recommended!! also they had an excellent breakfast in the morning before leaving for the airport.
