The check in time was at 2pm, however at 2:40pm our rooms didn’t prepare yet. Reception staff said just wait for cleaning. At 3pm I asked them again however still doing cleaning and needed to wait . At 3:15 we could go inside in the one room then finally the other room finished to clean at 3:40pm. The reception staff (one lady and one guy) was not friendly and kind. We paid 2,300 Euros for 2 nights. It was not worth to stay due to reception staff’s attitude.

In terms of the reception staff attitude, I was surprised to read your comments, we invest heavily in training and the friendly manor of our reception is usually highly praised. I do hope you will give us a second chance next time you visit Milan and remain at your complete disposal

Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked which caused some delays. Regarding the set up of the room, I have already spoken to the relevant departments reinforcing our policies to avoid such inconveniences occurring in the future. Our maintenance department has also been informed about the issue you had with the air conditioning. I do hope you will give us a second chance next time you visit Milan so we can show you the true Italian hospitality. Remaining at your complete disposal.

Door de geweldige locatie zijn de kamers duur, dat moet je er voor over hebben. Uitstekend bed, douche, badkamer, toiletartikelen. Prijzig maar heel uitgebreid ontbijt. Taxi voor de deur.

2- the ‘De luxe Rooom - it’s the lower average Totaly ‘miss leading ‘ info for US tourist.
This Hotel management need a super supervise.
