最上階の眺めの良い部屋で広い部屋に満足しました。出来ればスリッパは備えて欲しかった。トラムの駅が周りに3駅もありどこにゆくにも便利でした。部屋に飾ってある写真が素晴らしかった。スティルとスパークリング両方の水ボトルが毎日供給して貰えるのもありがたかった。

日本語が出来るフロントスタッフの方がいてチェックインもスムーズでした。朝食ブッフェも時間に遅れてしまいましたが臨機応変に対応いただけました。サザンクロス駅、フリンダースストリート駅へのアクセスも良いのでおすすめです。外観は老朽化している雰囲気ありますが館内は比較的綺麗でした。カジノリバービューの部屋で眺望は良かったのですが窓の外側の汚れがありそこは掃除していて欲しかったです。

Diabolical red light on the wall at the foot of the bed, so bright at night, affected sleep. Why spend money on black out curtains but design the security system like it is? Very badly designed. Overall, my experience at Crowne Plaza was unforgettable. From the customer service to cleanliness, I was taken aback by the welcoming atmosphere as I first walked in as well as throughout my stay. I was lucky enough to check in early as my room had been prepared. The weather was horrible the day I arrived and I was so beyond thankful that I could go straight to my room and freshen up.

Our stay at Crowne plaza was pleasant and nice , the staff was very helpful and gave their best service just 2-3 things to share .. 1. They can have better car parking options as it is very inconvenient to park the car somewhere els and walk around as there is construction going around the hotel specially with kids and the valet one is too expensive! 2. The rooms could be cleaned much better as the carpet was dirty and lot of dust was there in the lobby because of construction around maybe

Staff were very poor in helping resolve a matter which involved someone banging on our door at 1 in the morning. Our shower wouldn’t stop dripping all night as well.
