This townhouse is available to host 6 guests. The property is located in the Aldea Blanca urbanization and is distributed as follows:
> Living Room: table and chairs to enjoy delicious meals, two comfortable sofas, Q led TV 65 inc, and access to the balcony.
> Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, electric juicer, blender, extractor fan, and all the necessary crockery to enjoy a delicious meal. It has a bar with 4 stools.
> Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed of 180 cm and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm, and the third has 2 single beds of 100 cm. All 3 bedrooms have storage space. Rooms with double beds have access to the balcony.
> Bathroom: 2 complete bathroom
> Balcony: overlooking the garden. In the distance you can see the sea. Equipped with a table with chairs and armchairs to enjoy a relaxing moment.
You also have at your disposal a dryer, a washing machine, central air conditioning (hot/cold), iron, hairdryer and WiFi free of charge in all the apartment.
Other facilities that guests can enjoy during their stay include: communal parking within the complex.
There is one big swimming pool and three smaller ones (open all year long) and green spaces. Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.
*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 pm there’s an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rates. Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled time, there will be a surcharge of €25.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or underage guests unaccompanied by adults. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
* The pool is open all year long but please check pool availability for your chosen dates since due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.
*Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour.
