Staff provided great service - they were very pleasant and respectful. The building needs a little maintenance- the grout in the bathroom was disgusting, they either need to bleach or regrout. Maybe the filter in the AC needs to be replaced , there was an odor when the AC was running.

It's a serviceable hotel. Clean, but fixtures in bathroom are a bit dated, especially the countertop. Hallways above lobby, including elevators do not have a/c.

nice hotel
We enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is comfortable and modern. I would have preferred a closet and drawers for my things though. Restaurant buffet breakfast was good and so is the area. Staff friendly and Check in good.

Noisy hotel
My room in 601 was very noisy on the first night (18 Dec 2019). The neighbors must be having a party till late! There should be some limits to the noise level. On the 3rd night (20 Dec 2019), some idiots were blasting loud music in front of the hotel till 1 am, causing me to stay up late and losing sleep … Will not choose this hotel again.

Disappointing Booking
The 1st thing that really turned me off is the incidental deposit of 1000 (it should have been mentioned in the booking process and I would have skipped this hotel!) Second is the access of the basement parking to the room: they need to call another person to key in the lift so that basement parking can access the rooms on higher floors. 3rd the parking pass: it’s a little complicated that security needed to advice me to return to the room to get the ticket! And i was already on the hotel ramp going off to my destination!

위치와 가성비 좋은 호텔
상대적으로 저렴한 가격에 잘 묵었습니다. 방에 처음 들어가면 다소 습하구요. 피트니스는 한 객실을 개조해서 러닝머신 하나 놓은 정도라서 운동을 할 수는 없습니다. wifi는 기본적인 활동 가능할 정도입니다.

Most Annoying Hotel
The saying " you get what you pay for " is very true for this hotel. Although rooms very relatively clean, just the basic amenities, no fridge for example, but you cant expect too much for the price. But hotel staff were rude and unmindful: - on my way up the elevator as i was about to exit my floor, hotel staff were quick to rush in the elevator, reminds you of the MRT, a lot of other hotels staff would either let you out first or even take the next available elevator - was awakened early the next morning as cleaning staff on my floor were very noisy - front desk called me on the phone 11:40 am - "to remind me that checkout is at 12" - i dont remember hotels actually doing this - as i was in the bathroom at the time, extremely annoying

Convenient & Relaxing.
The hotel is in a convenient location as there are food places close by. The street frontage & entrance of the hotel is not as busy which is good. The room is large & clean but I saw 2 very small roaches in the toilet/bathroom (got one of em). Apart from that it's good. The in-house restaurant is good as well but since there are other places to eat I did not utilise it much. Staff are helpful & polite and an asset to this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for it's location/staff/comfort & convenience.
