レジデンスの部屋でラウンジ利用。標準的な快適な部屋。ラウンジも悪くない。ちょっと狭いかな。グリーンベルト3が目の前でリッチは最高。リッチの良さはここかダイアモンドレジデンスかだ。老舗ホテルだがリノベーションされて綺麗。宿泊の価値は高い。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

12月30日〜1月３日まで、滞在しました。スタッフは皆さん気さくで、フレンドリーで、全体的に見れば良かったです。ただ１つの問題は、フィリピンであるあるなのですが、部屋の空調が寒過ぎる、部屋の設定温度が、22°Cに設定されていて、室温を上げようてしましたが、出来ませんでした。何度か試みましたが、最後は、空調が効かなくなり、スタッフに修理してもらいましたが、こんどは、設定温度が17.5°Cでした。寒くて、厚手の服を買う事になり、部屋は、極寒の部屋でした(笑) 出来れば部屋の空調は、ゲストが、好きな温度に設定出来るように、して頂ければ幸いです。それと、動物も一緒は解りますが特に犬て一緒に滞在されるゲストには、それなりの部屋を提供して頂ければ良い。私は隣りの部屋だったので、犬の鳴き声が、とてもうるさかったです。Expediaさんを通してクレームを入れたら、犬の鳴き声は、遠くの方だったので、それ以降は、快適なホテル滞在でした。

４日宿泊しましたが目の前の横断歩道を渡るだけですぐにグリーンベルト内に入ることができ、西側のショッピングセンターを歩いていくとアラヤ駅があってものすごく便利です。部屋の証明が暗くて部屋の中で仕事するのが少し大変というのとエレベーターが時々なかなか来ないというのが少し難点でしたが、プール、サウナ、ジムなどもあって快適に過ごせました。値段（朝食こみで１泊２万円）からしてもとても快適リーズナブルでよかったです。

日本人好みのホテル

2回目の滞在。部屋は最上階やや狭い部屋でしたが快適に過ごせました。途中体調を崩した影響で周辺に出歩くこともなかったですが直ぐ近くに薬局もあり助かりました。またお世話になろうと思ってます。料理も味噌汁、納豆は美味かった笑

◆立地条件マカティエリアなので安全。周りにコンビニが見当たらなかったが、グリーンベルト3の真前なので、それを差引いても非常に便利。 ◆チェックイン PCシステムが原因かかなり遅い。 ◆部屋エアコンのリモコン有った（昔は無かった？）ので調整は可能。シャワーの蛇口が緩く使っているうちに水圧が変わる。 ◆朝食豪華な朝食だが高いので食べない人なら無理に食べる必要なし。 ◆スタッフ全員非常に丁寧で癒される。他の東南アジア地区に比べて宿泊費が高いので、予算の関係上他を見つけざるを得ない。

バスルームの床が浮いている。朝食の選択肢が少なく、トーストを追加で注文したら追加料金だった。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

エクスペディアさんからもキャンセルのメールをしてくれてると思いますが返信メールはなかったようですが　当日も私のところにはメールも電話もありませんでした　宿泊者が到着しないのに心配にならないホテルは最低だと思います　　因みにエクスペディアさんからもメールはありません。

グリーベルトの目の前！

ショッピングモールのグリーベルトが目の前で、空港からもタクシーで15分程度。文句なしの立地です。ホテル内も綺麗で、スタッフの対応も気持ちの良いものでした。プールやジムも完備されてます。近くにセブンイレブンもあり、買い物には不自由しませんでした。グリーベルトの目の前ということもあり、夜も外が明るいため治安も良いです。また、1階のレストランのテラスが喫煙所になっていて、何も頼まなくても入れるうえ、夜中でも開いているので喫煙者にとっては助かりました。値段もそこまで高くないため、また滞在する時はリピートしたいホテルです。
