中心部で治安も良いし、歩ける距離にコンビニやレストランも多い。マニラに慣れていない観光客には最適。良くなかった点は30階以上の高層なのに稼働してるエレベーターが２つしかなく、いつも待たされた（設備自体は４つ）。部屋のクリーニングも遅く、念押ししないとしてくれない

新しい清潔感のあるホテル

比較的新しい建物で、部屋も清潔感に溢れていました。朝食は併設されているカフェレストランを利用するタイプでビュッフェスタイルではなかったですが好きなのを一品選ぶスタイルで味も良かったです。スタッフの応対もよく又泊まりたいと思いました。

午前中に到着し、荷物預かりをお願いしたら、部屋の準備が終わっていたのでチェックインさせてくれました。高層階の部屋で見晴らしが良かったです。スタッフは丁寧、部屋も清潔で満足です。ホテルの斜め前にコンビニがあるのも便利です。

Great Hospitality and Amenities

・The location is in the middle of business district in Makati city, some stores and restaurants around, 10-15 mins walk from the Greenbelt. ・The room and lobby is very clean and comfortable to stay ・The pool is pretty good to swim. ・For the breakfast, you can choose from several choices.

Swim and smoke are allowed but not drink

Pool and Jacuzzi were in 9th floor. Also smoking area are in 9th floor. Healthy and unhealthy floor, lol. Don’t try to drink! It’s nit allowed. Maybe drinking is not healthy.

Confort and convenient

Hotel located in business place, and there are many restaurant and convenience store in walking distance. I stayed in Deluxe apartment type room. Spacious enough, clean. Kitchen tools are well equipped. Don’t forget to close curtain in night. Persons in building opposite often watch your room. Wi-Fi is fast enough. Only one disappointment is irresponsible room house keeping.

サービスアパートメント形式の良いホテルです。

出張で利用しましたが、清潔で快適な滞在でした。理不尽なチップを要求されることも無く、車両の手配やメール対応も良好です。朝食はビュッフェ形式ではありませんが、メニューが豊富で飽きません。セキュリティも良好ですが、フロントで両替できれば尚良し。周辺にはファストフード店やコンビニ以外にも、スペイン料理・イタリア料理・日本料理といった飲食店も徒歩圏内です。ただし、フィリピンであることには変わりないので十分ご注意を。

Nice hotel

Small but things needed are well equipped. Swimming pool and gym are also nice. Moreover, staff were nice and friendly! Neighborhood should be noted also. There are plenty of restaurants around. Your friendly concierge will let you know the spots.

マカティに出張で宿泊するには便利です

ビジネスエリアの中心です。ホテル近辺への出張ならとても良いロケーションです。朝夕は周辺道路が大渋滞になるので、観光の拠点としては向かないかも。夜飲み歩きたい方には、繁華街まで徒歩15分以上かかり不便かもしれません。

いいです

シャワーのお湯が途中でぬるくなることがありましたが、許容範囲内。ミニバーは水のみ。すぐにミニストップ、セブンイレブン、日中であれば飲食店も目の前に多数あり。ベットも快適。総合的にすばらしい！喫煙所も９階フロアの屋外なので煙も充満せず快適です。１フロアの部屋数が少ないのですぐたどり着けますし、良いです

本当に心地よいコンドミニアムです♪

治安のいいエリアにあり、入口付近でのセキュリティも、かなりしっかりしています。流しのタクシーを呼んでくださる際、メーター利用の旨、タクシードライバーと交渉チェックしてくださいますが、中にはここを離れると、急に態度を変えてメーター料金にプラス請求してくる悪質ドライバーもいます。メーター表示方法を着くなり変え、10倍請求してきたドライバーもいました。それら悪質ドライバーに対しての相談にも、この宿は親身になって快く応じてくださり、とても好感がもて、安心して滞在できました。是非また長く滞在したい、コンドミニアムです。強いて言えば、衣類乾燥機が２台しかなく、元旦プール利用客の多い時などは空きのないこともあったので、もう数台増やしていただけると、助かります。

ホテルからな眺めが、上の階に宿泊すれば、最高です。

Satisfied Stay ---- Good room for cooking

・I chose to stay here because it says that the room has kitchen and compared to a bit cheaper than another hotel with kitchen in Makati.・The kitchen is enough large to cook and there are also enough cooking equipments and dishes.・It's a little bit far from GreenBelt mall just 600 meters walk from the hotel but we took a walk to buy some food.・But on the way to Greenbelt you can enjoy Ayala Triangle Park walking.・Near the hotel(You can just see from one step out of the entrance), there is a MiniStop. SevenEleven,jolibee and Burger King is also near just within few min. walk.・Hotel staff's service is very good and good impression to me. For instance, when I ask bear shaver and toothbrush, the staff quickly fulfilled my ask. When I go back to the airport, the staff arranged meter taxi on the road soon and gave me instructions. ・I also like the breakfast and I expected at first buffe style and it's not, but you can chose some food, such as Filippine's, Amerikan's food and I ordered Filipines food, rice, egg and grilled chekin and it was MASARAP.・Also satisfied with frequent asking to me for another hot black coffee.

ホテルの部屋は快適でスタッフも凄く丁寧で親切でした。朝食も美味しかったです。次回も利用したいと思います。ただホテルの中にレストランが一店しかないのが…。

ビジネスに最適のアパートメントスタイルのホテル

2回目の宿泊でしたがとにかくビジネス街に近く便利です。部屋は今回も清潔で快適でした。バスタブはないのでそれは承知しておく必要あります。朝食はビュッフェではなくアラカルトからのオーダーなので若干時間がかかります。その代りhotなものを食べられます。値段もreasonableでビジネスパーソン向けです。

This is our first visit to the Philippines and our first stay at a Citadines. I never heard of Citadines but I am very glad we stayed. Outstanding service & care. Rooms are large & up to date. Amenities are top notch. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this hotel.
