Great location, terrific pool area. Parking a bit of a challenge if you have a larger sedan/wagon or a 4wd, and there are no spare bays available. The townhouse has a great layout, good sized kitchen with everything you’d need, dining table presumably with chairs for the number of people staying, (we were 3 so that’s all the chairs that were around the table) spacious bedrooms, good air cons on both levels, 2 bathrooms, and a powder room off the laundry, balcony with bbq and seating. We had a small problem which was sorted out as best as possible given the time frame and which by all accounts is not likely to be a future problem. If you can’t walk up stairs easily, this is not the spot for you. Place could do with a couple of maintenance touch ups here and there but overall very comfortable.

The property is located in a gated complex of townhouses, making it extra safe for families with kids. Our townhouse was clean and we had most of the things we needed. Additional cleaning items would have been appreciated. It's quite dark inside which would be easily fixed with stronger lightglobes and better blinds. We were disappointed the pool and spa were not adequately heated (supposedly solar heated) making it too cold to get in. Overall, a really nice place to stay. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and super friendly.

Spacious rooms. Convenient to harbor and restaurants. Be aware that key pickup is off site, a 5 minute drive to the office.

I loved the spaciousness, cleanliness and close to drive to places. I loved the spa bath. Everything was truly great. Only a couple things I didn't like. The lounge was a hard lounge, needed a softer lounge with thicker cushions and upstairs window blind, could not have windows open as breeze knocked the blind around making it hard to sleep. Otherwise it was AMAZING!

Beautiful relaxing spa weekend. High quality all throughout with Bbq on balcony Only disappointment was poor TV reception & the long walk to reception for checkin & checkout. Otherwise perfect! Five stars!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit viel Komfort. Leider störten das schmutzige Terrassenfenster und der sehr schmutzige Hauseingang und die schmutzige Garage. Beides könnte einmal gefegt werden. Innen war das Haus bis auf das Terrassenfenster sehr sauber.

The property is amazing. Beautiful, tastefully furnished and well thought out. Distance from key collection point to accommodation was a negative for us. We had to walk as our car was in for repairs and got very wet due to bad weather.

Positive's: Pleasant location, spacious area's and balcony's, good view, clean and tidy, internet provided, nice pool. Negatives: Management did not get back to me about an issue we had. One of the rooms got flooded with some heavy rain. Improvements: No fire or evacuation plan and cannot exit building without a key, no privacy locks on bathrooms and toilets, kitchen bin inadequate, TV's out of date (cannot cast from phone)

Stylish and comfortable townhouse
A spacious and well equipped townhouse with all the comfort we needed for our extended family. Close to the centre of Mandurah, which is in itself a hidden gem.

The unit was great, close to the foreshore, clean and very roomy. The master suite was gorgeous with a big bath and the pool was lovely and clean. We will definitely go again.

Had a nice surprise with a retro arcade game machine in the living area. Except for the few missing wooden support on the lower bunk bed, the place was really nice.

Overall Stay
The overall experience of the stay was rather disappointing. Being the second time we have brought the family to stay, both times have involved the 2 & 3 Bedrooms apartments we found both the apartments to be in very poor condition and quite dirty, which has effected both our health due to allergies being effect from the dusty conditions and has also effected the enjoyment of the stay.

A nice apartment though check in was complicated and there are not a lot of local ammenities within walking distance. But overall good value for money and comfortable.

Super schönes Appartement, zwar über 3 Etagen (viele Treppen), aber sehr geräumig, mit Whirlpool-Badewanne. Eigener Parkplatz im gesicherten Innenhof. Ruhige Lage, fußläufig zur Promenade und neuen Marina. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Nur das Bett war ein bisschen schmal und weich, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau....

2 bedroom apartment in Mandurah
on arriving we found we had to grapple with a very narrow & tortuous staircase. For two women in their seventies this was confronting. Again once in the apartment proper we had a similar flight of stairs to get to the bedroom areas. I think this apartment should be listed as unsuitable for elderly or infirm people. We had no Television for the entire weekend though phoning the office to complain several times and then before retiring on the first night we found that the gas hot water system had been turned off. All in all it was not a very happy experience.

Luxury townhouse well-situated
Quiet location, townhouse on three levels, secure parking. I thoroughly enjoyed the huge spa but sadly the roof sprang a leak. However the staff couldn't have been more helpful or apologetic & moved me to superior accommodation at one of their sister resorts Seashells on the beach.

it was a great roomy apartment but the parking I wouldn't want have a big car is all I can say. Other than that location was great, property was clean and comfortable home away from home.

We felt so comfortable at the Serenity. It was so tidy & clean & I throughly enjoyed the bubbles in the spa bath ☺️. I will go there again when staying in Mandurah 😁
