I called the reception and told them I was going to be late. They said that there is going to be no problem. I was going to recieve a mail or a text message on how to check in. When I landed I had not recieved any message about checking in. At one oclock AM I had to check in to a hotel with a 24/7 reception. When talking to the staff about this they said talk to the reception. The reception gave me an email adress. No one wanted to help me with the extra expence. Horrible stay.
