Excellent property and location

Great contact with the property manager throughout the booking process and during our stay. The setting was ideal for all of our group, and the property immaculate. The rocky coastline is minutes away, ideal for those morning swims. Several restauarants and a local Spar nearby too. Everything you need....

Beautiful home and location.

The pool was a perfect way to cool off on the hot days in Alcudia. The views from the home are lovely and the kitchen allowed us to have some meals in vs. eating out always. We loved that the home was in a less crowded area of Alcudia but very quick access to old town Alcudia, the big beaches, and Pollenca. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home!

Very nice house in Alcanada

The views from the terrace and the master bedroom. Small bedrooms and bathrooms (except masterbedroom). We really missed a better dining table outside for 8 people. The entrance through the garage was tricky with a large car.

Beautiful property with fantastic pool

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. The location was great with an amazing view of the sea. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed, and was very accommodating of our 1 year old with a cot and high chair. We hired stair gates so that we could relax a bit while the little one ran around - Ideal Property Mallorca were very responsive and helpful in providing recommendations for this. We spent every day in the pool! The sun lounge area and the outdoor seating area above were great for this. Parking was also super easy, and we felt very secure with the gated driveway. We look forward to our next visit! Nothing

Villa with amazing views and great pool

The villa was stunning! Equipped with everything you could possibly need. The sea views from both balconies were fantastic. We all enjoyed the swimming pool. It was a good size as well. Not too cold either! There is plenty to do in Mallorca so would recommend a car to get about the island. We had a fantastic holiday. Couldn't fault the villa and Ideal Property Mallorca were excellent hosts. Always responsive and friendly. We'd definitely come back!!!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hell.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und hell. Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber, leider hat das Poollicht nicht richtig funktioniert, die Besitzer sind jedoch extra vorbeikommen um es neu einzustellen, sodass es zumindest zeitweise geleuchtet hat. Man kann zu Fuß in ca. 3 min das Meer erreichen und dort von den Steinen aus Baden. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 min und zum Hafen in Alcudia Dauert es ca. 30 min. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat alles funktioniert. Würden wiederkommen!

Tolle Villa mit sehr guter Lage als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ziele im Norden Mallorcas. Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden. Klasse Pool und schöne Terrassen im Aussenbereich. Wir waren zu dritt. Es ist aber ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check in. Alles bestens. Würden gerne wieder kommen.

Het huisje is exact zoals beschreven in de recensie. We hadden er een heel leuk verblijf! De locatie is prachtig en het zwembad is zeker een meerwaarde. Achter de huizen aan de overkant van de straat is een mooi wegje langs de zee. Zeker de moeite om even tot daar te wandelen! We kwamen heel laat aan en vonden het leuk dat er flessen drinkwater voorzien waren in de keuken. Ook kruiden, suiker, ... is allemaal voorzien. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Wir waren zu 6. hier und können das Haus wirklich empfehlen. alcanada ist ein kleiner, wenig touristischer Ort. Der Zugang zum Meer ist fantastisch. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man nur mit Mallorquinern baden geht. Die Altstadt von Alcudia ist definitiv einen Besuch wert! Ebenso der Hafen von Pollença! Danke für die Gastfreundschaft

All absolutely brilliant

An absolute brilliant few days in this stunning villa, so much space for our group of 8, lots of places around the villa to sit and chat, eat, drink and relax. Lots of room and options to have a bit of your own space even in a large group. All facilities were pristine and spotless, could not be faulted. Air conditioning was great in the hear. The pool area is wonderful, we spent a lot of time on the pool and terrace area, the views were simply stunning. Used the bus to get into Alcúdia old town and also the port, many lovely restaurants and bars to explore. The rocky and seaweed beaches at Alcanada were lovely to explore too, many lovely little places along there to discover and dip in the sea. The area is so picturesque and has a really laid back vibe with a nice beach cafe. I can recommend the Alcanada 35 Restaurant near the Villa where we enjoyed a very memorable meal, the staff were friendly and food very nice.

Beautiful home with fantastic outdoor areas

The property is exactly as depicted. The only thing I can say negative is that the mattress in the master was much too soft for my liking. But that’s personal preference. Would totally stay again.
