Very Cozy Getaway
The place was as advertised. It’s perfect if you want to come down and explore LA and its surrounding areas. Sarah was an amazing host and made the check in/out process very easy.

Nice guest bedroom in a Malibu Home
Nice self contained guest bedroom in a Malibu home with its own separate entry. Suggested to read advert carefully - worked for my needs of a place to sleep when coming to meet my Brother who lived close by. Kitchenette has no stove and bed takes up most of the bedroom. No place to sit etc and might prove cosy for a couple. Considerable household noise into the night from residents in neighbouring house and from the residents in the home.

Charming coastal getaway
We were in LA to see the Getty museum and Villa, eat some seafood and soak up the ocean breezes. This cozy suite was a great spot to get it all.

Great location!
Our family spent Thanksgiving week in Topanga/Malibu. My son and daughter-in-law (early 20’s) loved this little guesthouse as it gave them their own space. Comfortable and quiet. Beautiful neighborhood w views of the ocean and lovely sunsets! Would rent again:)

Perfectly quiet retreat
My mom stayed in this private little guest house which is just down the street from our house. She loved it so much it was hard to get her to leave. The shower and bed were great and the backyard was so lovely. She will be staying again any time she visits!

Good spot in Malibu
The property was nice, clean, with a responsive host and good proximity to the beach, although it was not clear in the description that the guest room was attached to the dwelling, and it was a surprise to not be in an a detached guest house.

A peaceful haven in Malibu
My daughter enjoyed this little haven for a Mother's Day getaway. Close to the beach, Malibu pier and enjoyable restaurants. It was quiet and had the amenities we needed. Worth a return visit to explore even more of the area.

Relaxing time in the Topanga Mountains
Had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place in Topanga/Malibu. It’s very quiet and private and has everything a single person or couple need for a stay in this beautiful place. Sarah is a very responsive host. Loved the private outdoor garden especially. I would definitely stay here again.
