Property and staff was good, the free breakfast that was included was good saved money eat out in the mornings. The room was clean, the bed mattress was old and worn out, bathtub and shower combo could use renovation. Hotel is surrounded by business’s and warehouses. But your only 10 minutes from Ontario Mills and restaurants.

The staff were nice and normal. Check in was quick and easy. I’m a low maintenance person and have stayed at other hotels in your chain but my room was dirty. There was a band aid in the shower, the couch hand rests are very stained and dirty, the end stands were dirty, the toilet has some weird plumbing issue that makes it super loud but worst of all there were cockroaches in the bathroom. My bed seemed reasonably clean which is why I didn’t tell the front desk but I don’t doubt other rooms have the same issue. I would not stay here again.

In the back of the property, there was a particular car which we noticed each day. It was missing a window and we could see a man sitting in the car during the day and at night. He wasn’t there all the time, but it just gave us an eerie feeling as we walked past the car to get to the back entry door. I brought this up with the front desk and asked if there was security - as we’ve never seen anyone on duty monitoring the area. Front desk assured us that this man was a guest at the property and that she would speak to the family. Whatever the case, my adult daughter and teen daughter didn’t want to exit through that door without my husband and I.

Not very clean. Ear bud was on the floor in my room when checking in, showing not really cleaned deeply or well. Also, I know the hotel says pet friendly but a dog in a crate was loud sporadically, however, that’s out of the hotel’s control. I did not try to get a room change, but I’m sure they would have if requested.

I think it is overall a decent place. I did not like being offered late check outs that the hotel does not honor. And half the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them for having asked. The late night desk clerk got annoyed by me asking for tue 3 PM check out. Ok it was 55 bucks find don't take my money for the overpriced fee. Then says he can do 1 only when I asked how later can I check out. The excuse for not honoring the late check out was due to it being a bust time for housekeeping. What? Then sometime after noon I get a knock from housekeeping all annoyed I said I got the 1 PM check out. The woman was annoyed and said she wasn't informed. Less than 20 minutes later another housekeeping person knocked asking me if I am checking out today. She was very nice and I politely smiled and said I have 1 AM check out. This and the fact that the condition of the room seemed like some repairs were needed this would have been a perfect stay. I will say the day staff at the front desk were fantastic. If you don't need to actually use the offered "services" of late check outs then you may like staying here.

We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill. The front desk staff were welcoming and got us settled quickly. The room was fine, quiet and comfortable. We have stayed in a few La Quinta Inns recently and they are reasonably priced, clean, quiet and well located. For the price, they are a great deal.

The property had the issues. The staff was great and very friendly. The shower head in the shower was terrible and needs replacing. The door to the restroom was awkward. Booked last minute due to having to check out of a motel in Palm Springs(no drainage in the sink and an ever running toilet which they told us we should try fixing). we were very happy to get a room at the La Quinta Ontario airport. Clean friendly, staff, comfortable beds and most importantly, I don’t have to fix the plumbing!

The facilities are very clean but very, very worn. Also, the bathroom vent could not be shut off and was very loud all night. The breakfast is average.

Was part of stay on out last day. Even though facility mentioned smoke free, smoke smell was in aisles. Random people were knocking doors at night and rooms were too close. To continue, washroom didnt have a handle or lock! Soap wasnt available, filled with water! Cherry on top- there was a fire alarm at 1 AM, where all of us got out and climbed up 8 floors. Breakfast was very medicore. Only plus - staff was friendly!
