The staff is amazing and very helpful. The only concern is the mold in the shower. Otherwise, excellent facilities.

Property brand new. In fact construction going on in several areas including the third floor. As we stayed on the fourth floor it wasn't an issue. However construction crews were everywhere. The room was clean and airy with a good A/C as it was over 100 degrees on both days. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but it appeared well equipped for longer stays including a full size refrigerator.

Property was filthy. Hair in the shower, at least 6 different pieces. They are supposed to refund our money. We checked in and immediately checked back out.

terrible hotel
Terrible experience. Heater was not working in a 10 degree weather. They started roof renovation and we couldn’t sleep. Coustomer service is awful. It is the worst place to be at.

On the first night at this hotel it was ok the room had a pungent musty smell. I assumed that the person before me may have cooked something so I ignored it and rebooked on the second night i decided to sit on the couch and play a game on my phone and i begin to itch! This hotel had fleas in the couch I took the flea i removed from my shorts to the front desk and i was told the manager wasnt there and there is nothing they could wont ever stay there again

Staff was pleasant and greeted me and family at the lobby door. Very helpful, quick check in and a brief description of the available services including the buffet breakfast. On duty staff asked if he could help in any way. Place was very clean. Excellent location. Close to shopping and a variety restaurants.

Interior furniture really needs updating. Both our suite and the general common areas had torn sofas, cracking seat cushions and broken furniture. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very sub-par. We chose this location because of the availability of a 2 bd suite for my family of 4 but the rundown nature of the room was not something we’d stay in again. The room was also located in a very random area on the first floor alone in a wing near the pool, office and housekeeping room. Almost as if it was a managers apt at one time and converted to a “suite”. It was pretty awkward and bizarre. I’m thankful we only stayed there for one night while my son was on a college visit. The other rooms might be more updated but if the “2br suite” and common area was any indication - and if you prefer clean & newer rooms without torn sofas and old carpets - I recommend staying elsewhere.

Good stay.
We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kit and living room. It was perfect for us. It was extremely clean. We Stayed a week. We did not want daily room service but was furnished towels as needed. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We heard they were going to remodel which is good because some of the furniture was worn out. Some other things needed attention but we are easy to please and feel it will improve by our trip next year. We will stay at this hotel every time we come to Longview. Very pleased.
