・シングルサイズのベットの掛け布団が小さすぎ。薄すぎて寒かった。・4Fの部屋のWiFiが弱すぎてiPhoneやLaptopで接続できてもデータ通信ができず使えなかったため非常に困った。

立地は最高！カップルやビジネスにおすすめ！

徒歩でバッキンガム宮殿やビッグベンに行ける立地は最高で、ビクトリア駅からも迷うことはないだろう。シングルベットの部屋に宿泊したが、最低でもセミダブルは欲しい。宿泊コストの高いロンドンなので仕方ないが、1泊だけや初めてのロンドンなら、選択肢に入るが、連泊や再訪であれば再考されたい。宿泊客を見ても、カップルが多く、日本人は見かけなかった。

宿泊前に御社に問合せをしたが、誤った回答･不明確な回答のみ。挙げ句の果てに、現地のホテルに聞いてくれという回答。大変不快で役立たず。客の問い合わせに回答出来ず、また御社で調べて回答しますという事も無し。まだ不愉快な気分。役立たず。

ビッグベンが好きならロケーションは悪くない

徒歩圏内にビッグベン、ウェストミンスター大聖堂、バッキンガム宮殿があるので、立地としては悪くないと思います。部屋はやや狭く、冷蔵庫がありません。なので、前日に買い出しに出てもあまり保存がきかないものは持ち帰れないのがマイナス点です。

ウェストミンスター地区ではお勧め

ロンドン滞在に3泊宿泊しました。地下鉄と国鉄のVictoria駅にほど近く、ウェストミンスター教会も徒歩圏内です。Wi-Fiも無料で使えますし、お部屋も十分に広かったです。基本的には古い建物なので各所にガタはありますが、欧米のホテルでは良くある味だと思います。リノベーションも施されているので不便ではありません。古い建物なのに中央にあるエレベーターが硝子張りでシースルーなのが面白かったです。スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。食事はとっていないので評価できません。ウェストミンスター地区を中心に活動するなら良いホテルだと思います。

室内は清潔、スタッフもフレンドリーで感じが良く、バッキンガム宮殿等へ歩いて行けるなどは良かったです。ただ、古いホテルのせいかトイレットペーパーホルダーが傾いていたり、などはありました。今年の夏はロンドンもまれに見る猛暑だったので冷房・冷蔵庫なしは致命的かも。朝晩が冷えてくれれば問題ないのですが、石造りの建物は温まってしまうと熱が逃げず、室内に置かれた扇風機だけでは厳しかったです。5泊のうち初日がとんでもない暑さで、別のホテルに移ろうか本気で考えたほどでした。夏のご旅行をお考えの場合、これからはヨーロッパでも冷房完備は必須かもしれません。wifiは通信速度もサクサクで快適でした。

いいホテルです

母とスーペリアツインルームに宿泊しました。部屋は結構広く、快適でした。毎日の清掃と、タオル交換、紅茶とコーヒー、ビスケットの追加あり。エレベーターあり。WiFiあり。チェックインは、予約完了のメール（英語版）を印刷して持っていったので、スムーズにできました。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってくれて助かりました。地下にトイレもあるので、チェックアウト後、荷物を取りに行ったときに借りられます。エアコン（クーラー）なし。例年にない暑い期間だったので（2018年6月末から7月初旬）、結構暑く、窓を開けて寝ました。ただ、通りに面した部屋だったため、向かいにある軍の施設から聞こえる何か大きな音が二泊目の早朝からその夜まで聞こえてきて、うるさかったです。窓を閉めれば大丈夫ですが、暑かったので音を我慢しました。三泊目は音がしなかったので、窓を開けて眠れました。朝食の値段が高かったので、近くのカフェで食べたり、スーパーで買ったりしました。（近くにTesco、Waitrose、Saintburyといったスーパーの小型店舗が、Victria駅にもM&Sの小型店舗あり）

閑静な地区にありました

ヴィクトリア駅から１０分弱の静かな地域にあります。近くにスーパーがあったり、レンタルサイクリングのステーションもあって立地は良かったです。部屋もテレビやドライヤー、オイルヒーターがあり快適に過ごせましたが、冷蔵庫がないので夏場は少し不便かもしれません。スタッフもフレンドリーで良いホテルでした。

Convenient place travelling with buses.

This hotel locates near from Victoria coach station, so if you travel with buses, it might be one of the best selection. My favourite point was calmness, and despite of the small size, bed was quite comfortable. This hotel is near from Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, etc..., so taking a walk in the morning was jolly good.

Very comfortable !

It is 5 minutes on foot from the nearest station (the Victoria St.), so very convenient. There is a park nearby, quiet environment. Day and night are very quiet. I was very comfortable during my stay.

都心内の移動が楽

クリスマス時期の滞在で直前にセントポールのクリスマスミサがあることがわかり、少し時間はかかりましたが、交通手段のない中でも歩いてたら行くこともできたのでとても便利でした。バスタブもありゆっくり滞在ができました。

快適なホテル

ヴィクトリア駅から歩いて約10分、バッキンガム宮殿やビッグベンなどへはそれぞれ約15分程度と、比較的便利な立地にあります。大通りから少し奥まった場所にあるため、騒音も聞こえません。ホテルのスタッフの対応もよく、部屋の設備もしっかりしているので、快適に過ごせました。

コスパの良いホテル

ビクトリア駅から10分程度で到着。ロンドンは道が複雑で、地図に自信はなかったが、何とか迷わずに済んだ。フロントは狭く、4星ホテル？対応はごく、普通。シングル(朝食なし)で1万数千円はロンドンでは安い。部屋はやや狭めだが、こぎれいで寝心地も良く、一人旅では問題なし。Bathtub 付きでゆっくり疲れが取れたのは、素晴らしい。Wi-Fi もよく繋がり、普通にネットの作業ができた。観光でもビッグベンまで、のんびり歩いて20分くらいで立地は問題なかった。ただ、ホテル内レストランでイギリス名物 Fish & Chips + beer (500ml) がチップ込みで4000円とは驚いた。Check out の際に荷物を預けたが、ベルマンが機敏に動いてくれて、気持ちが良かった。

連泊しました。清潔感があり、用意してあったコーヒーや紅茶も美味しく、部屋に戻るたびにうれしくいただきました。ヴィクトリア駅からは、スーツケースをひきずって徒歩15分くらいでしょうか。バッキンガム宮殿へは徒歩10分、ウェストミンスター寺院へは徒歩20分ほど。チャックアウト後も快く荷物を預かっていただけ、気持ちのよい滞在になりました。

観光に便利

大きなビクトリア駅から徒歩で10分程度で、バッキンガム宮殿にも歩いて行けましたし観光するにはとても便利だと思います。冬に行ったのですが館内とても暖かかったです。ただ反対に乾燥もなかなかでした。。スタッフの方はフロント・コンシェルジュのみなさまとても親切でした。

素晴らしい

部屋は少し狭いですが、ロンドンのホテルなので仕方なし。設備、アメニティ、サービス、スタッフの対応など素晴らしいです。フロントでチェックアウトしていたところ、部屋に忘れた携帯電話の充電器をルームメイドの娘さんが急いで届けてくれました。大変感謝しております。突然で準備ができておらず、チップを渡しそびれてしまいました。

落ち着いた雰囲気

ビクトリアの駅からは徒歩圏内。Westminster Cathedralのすぐ近く。落ちついた一角にあり、周辺は静か。建物自体は古そうだが、内装は奇麗に改装されているし、清潔な感じ。娘との宿泊だったので、ツインベッドをリクエストしたが、キングサイズベッド１つの部屋しかなかった。交渉するとシングル二つに変更してくれるなど、臨機応変に対応してくれた。高速WiFiも無料、English Breakfastもサービスしてくれたので満足です。やや部屋が狭かったのは、場所を考えると仕方が無いし、許容範囲。４つ星でこの場所ならコスパは高いと感じました。

アクセスの良さと静けさ

ｖｉｃｔｏｒｉａ駅から近いので選びました。宿泊日午前に到着して荷物を預けられたのも良かったし、駅から近いのもポイントです。夜も静かな場所です。部屋も広くはありませんが、一人旅では十分、機会あればまた利用したい。

機会があればまた利用したいです

ロンドン3日間滞在中にお世話になりました。個人的には浴槽付でドライヤーが部屋に常備されている所が良かったのと、ヴィクトリア駅から程よく近くテートブリテンへも徒歩圏なのが決め手でした。パブやお店が適度のあるので食べ事には困りませんでした。ただ方向音痴なので初めの頃はちょっと迷子になりましたが、道行く方に親切に教えて頂きました。慣れてしまえば立地条件は良いと思います。ホテルの方々の心遣いや対応も良く、気持ち良く3日間過ごすことができました。

If you need internet for work while at this hotel , forget about it. It is painfully slow. Google mail won’t open unless you refresh 5-10 times. Condition of the hotel - dated. Lots of marble, that probably was looking nice in the 70s. No A/C , so prepare to sleep with the windows open. If you do sleep with your windows open, the building near has big A/C units so you will hear that noise the entire night. Stains on the carpet, musty smell. I don’t know why this property is advertised as 4 stars. Should be 1 or 2.

Our booking was 2 rooms but at incheck the hotel just gave us 1 room. after showing the bookingpapers to the staff they wanted to give us the second room in the basement which was humid. No good start!

First time staying at this hotel, located in a quiet area of Westminster but plenty of shops/cafes around the area (although when we were staying a lot were closed), Big Ben, Westminster Abbey are a 10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned but very clean and has all the amenities you would want, a great base! Some work was going on during our stay so we were woken up to drilling noises some days and the water wasn’t working for half the day on one of the days either which wasn’t the most ideal. Our room had a lovely balcony which overlooked a football pitch which was nice to relax on after a long day! Will happily return here.

This is a very good hotel. It is located in a very safe area and is very close to Victoria station (15 min walk). The hotel bed is very comfortable and hygiene and the room overall were very good. This hotel is very good especially given the relatively low price (in january). I really recommend this hotel!
