Grundsätzlich ein modernes und ansprechendes Hotel. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen zu verbessern. Neben der nur oberflächlichen Zimmerreinigung ist auch die Sauberkeit im Frühstücksraum und den Aufenthaltsräumen mehr als dürftig. Auch im Stockwerksflur lagen über mehrere Tage Papier und Plastikreste, die nicht aufgesaugt wurden. Hervorzuheben ist aber der freundliche Service der Haustechniker, die die nicht funktionierende AirCondition innerhalb von Minuten reparierte.

L hôtel bien situé, le personnel aimable et à l écoute. C était parfait pour 3 jours , pour le petit dejeuner juste un peu plus de choix dans le sucré.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights. Overall experience is great. Pros * Friendly staff and good service. I had toilet issue, staff was able to fix it quickly. Request for additional amenities was also addressed quickly. Luggages were handled very smoothly and quickly. * Breakfast is good. There are a lot of varieties in breakfast, with good mix of meat / carbon hydrates / vegetables / fruits. To my surprise, the hotel even provides smoked mackerel and it tasted good. * Transportation, buses and underground transportation are within short walking distance. Waterloo station is also very close.

I arrived by 8am and requested early check in (usually an additional cost attached). I was told that the rooms were occupied but that the staff will call me when it’s available. I checked back at 11am, 12:30pm and 1:30pm. Never received a call or email from anyone. At 1:30pm the supervisor told me the earliest I’d be able to check in was at 3pm. The offered me no concessions or alternatives. At 3pm they were not sure the room was ready. This is the official check in time….My stay started off with a bad impression. The room was ok. Location was convenient and walkable to various attractions.

Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially with my 5 year old. Maggie in particular at breakfast yesterday morning was lovely. Room was spacious with loads of storage. Loved the view so much i never used the button controlled curtain! Breakfast was good. Only negative was that the pool was so cold we couldn't stay in it for more than a minute. Located literally over the road from Lambeth North station and 10 mins from Westminster Bridge via graffiti tunnel. Pretty sure we'll be back!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Park Plaza London Waterloo. The staff went above and beyond for us in multiple instances, including bringing a bottle of wine and chocolates to our room when they found out we were in London to celebrate a birthday. Very modern hotel (fast elevators, touchscreen controlled lights, temperature, and curtains). Very walkable and great for transportation (next to an underground station, close to a train station, and only a five minute walk to the London Eye). Don't let the railroad tracks next to the hotel fool you, we never heard a single sound from them while inside the hotel. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Previously checked into a dirty room. Discovered that TV also doesn’t work. Guest relations manager Alexandra who was so sweet and apologetic moved us and assigned a better room. All was great from then onwards. She even sent a card and a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. Well, we then try to open the bottle of wine and called for a wine opener. That’s when the service went downhill. Negative attitude from both the room service staff and the front desk who are now requesting us to bring the bottle downstairs to be opened. Simple courtesy would’ve been to bring up a wine opener. Little things.. but makes you wonder at their hospitality training.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel nahe der U-Bahn. Sehr freundliches Personal. Beim Frühstück morgens war es sehr voll und unruhig, trotzdem war das Personal sehr nett, umsichtig und versuchte alle Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Unser Zimmer war super, Ausblick aus dem 12. Stock Richtung Stadt. Die ausgeprägte Kinderfreundlichkeit möchte ich hervorheben.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean. The only issues I had, the toilet stopped working close to the end of our stay, which was resolved quickly by the team. There was a leak in the shower area, but other than that, it’s really a nice hotel. The check in and out process was really easy. Everything was done on my phone, without seeing the receptionist. The hotel is very modernized, which I really loved. I will definitely stay here again.
